Absolutely horrible. I bought an appliance online and they just blew off the installation appointment. Per their useless online chat customer service, this is totally normal for the company- they won't tell you they're ignoring your appointment until after it has passed. It's been over 2 hours of trying to get customer service on the issue. Buyer beware- worst experience ever.

My mom and I only spent 5-10 minutes here, and even though the Geek Squad didn't actually have the item or means to fix my mom's phone the person who assisted us was very kind, seemed incredibly knowledgeable and really wanted and tried to help us out anyway. As we were walking out, the gentleman sitting by the door to greet people and wish them a good day was also very pleasant.

Thomas was such a delight and so helpful with getting me replace my J-U-N-K outdated modem and router :) My new set up is the Eero pro 6E router paired with the Arris surfboard S33 modem. Great combo & future proof!! The Eero 6e comes in a duo or trio packaged router so you can set it up all over your house. You will never lose connection or have any problems again. If you're looking to update your services and connections I highly recommend this combo!! Came out to $500+tax, a bit pricey but it's better than renting from your internet provider that adds up over the years when you can have your own legit set up. My internet speed/download jumped up by 200-300 mbps without having to upgrade from xinfinity provider! Look for Thomas!! He's excellent with customer service and very knowledgeable.

A few weeks ago I brought in my laptop for service. A member of the Geek Squad took care of me, gave me several pieces of paperwork. I paid a $99 fee. Most of the paperwork was very fine print. The staffer implied the 99 dollars would be my total charge. When I went to pick up my computer a few days later, I was told I owed an additional $189, which I paid. When I complained that no one said there would be an additional charge, I was told they had my signature on several pages stating that I'd agreed to this. I received no signed copies of anything saying I'd agreed to pay an estimate charge plus whatever the charge would be. No one described the charge for the actual work. It was a $189.00 surprise. I felt I had been taken advantage of. In my experience, I have always found in stores that performed service on computers or phones that the estimate charge was rolled into the repair once the service was performed. That would have meant I only owed an additional $89. It was never a separate charge. If I'd known the total charge was going to be nearly $300, I would not have done it. I would have purchased a new computer. The other issue was the fact that if this was an estimate charge, I should have received a communication, telling me how much the final charge would be, so I could decide whether or not to go ahead with the service. Instead, the service was simply done. Shortly after this happened, I wrote a letter to the general manager expressing my concerns, asking for a better explanation. The letter was certified. I know they received it, three weeks ago. I've heard nothing. So, tell me, why should I spend a dime at Best Buy?

The contempt and insolence shown by Best Buy employees at this location goes some way to explain why "brick and mortar " stores are dying. I had heard that Best Buy was discontinuing the sale of Blue Rays and DVDs so I went in to see if they had any left. I look around and see the main section is gone but decided to ask in an employee to see if they have any left in a different location. I can't find an employee (surprise!) so I asked the door greeter if the store had liquidated all its Blu rays and DVDs. . She looked beyond irritated that I asked a question of her. She smuggly says "Uh-huh" like she's super happy to give me the bad news. Prior to engaging with this nice woman, the last couple times I went in to purchase discs, the young gangbanger wannabes at the register mumbled , avoided eye contact and did not greet me. Prices are lower online and the impersonal experience of e-commerce is preferable to rude staff; why on Earth would I go to shop here? I'll raise my glass when these dyckheds go belly up,

My new (remote) job requires a PC and two monitors so I came here twice to see what products would meet my company's tech requirements. When I came on Thursday 02/08/2024, EJ gave me a good overview of the products that would meet the company requirements. I took pictures of the items and prices so I could share with my more tech savvy family members for their $0.02. On Saturday 02/10/2024, I bought a laptop, two monitors, and a charger along with the warranty plan. Jason not only was knowledgeable and friendly but did an awesome job making sure other customers were helped. Thank you EJ and Jason for being so friendly and helpful! I can't wait to use these items when I start my job next week!

Horrible customer service, drove to this location, it was a joke! Walked in and asked for assistance in finding an item, one sale person told me it was not her section, which I understood but she offered no help in calling somone for me, I moved around the store in hopes in finding another sales person, found a group of 4 standing in a circle and they where too busy talking about their day to notice me standing there trying to get a word in ..excuse me sir... not one turned around, so I walked away and found one guy to ask, I showed him the item and picture of what I needed and he said.. you need to go talk to computer section, no offer to help at all!Went home bought my item online with Amazon and I received it in no time, no wonder stores are shutting down, customer service is down the drain and Bezos is laughing all the way to the bank. Never walking into a Best Buy again!

Becareful their delivery service. If you buy anything with the installation charge. Do not listen to their delivery guy, they told us to cancel the installation with best buy because the installation doesn't not including to install the safty net at the back. ( which they ask us to pay them $150 ) It's like a scam, we finally need to give like $140 instead of $29.99 .... do not listen to to delivery guyThey are totally scaming money. I am so disappointed. I don't want to buy at this store anymore if I need delivery service.
