Avoid trying to call them at all costs. Even if you successfully navigate the phone tree to get a live person, you will spend a very long time on hold, and the person who answers the call probably won’t be able to answer your question.

The only online retailer that never has Sony Tv's consistently in stock. A 95 L 77" & Bravia 9 85" specifically. BH Video do, Crutchfield does, Amazon does & many more...but Best Buy doesn't ALL AROUND THE BAY AREA?? WHO IS THEIR BUYER...LOL. They wonder why their losing business?
1 STAR- after being asked to discuss the situation on another platform and detailing the problem only to be told "product availability is subject to change and we’re unable to give you specific reason. We recommend keeping an eye online for the latest inventory updates" WOW! Why is Best Buy in the Bay Area so Horrendous?

Would be okay if your car stereo area got a little bit more attention. Seems quite neglected. No price and clarity of products on some of products. Unable to test any stereo. Can the screen car stereo systems be setup to see how they work? The store overall is a good visit though my focus was on car audio systems.

Since moving to Cali, I've been to this store quite a. Few time and it is always a joy to visit. The staff is always helpful, insightful and cheerful. Never had a bad moment there, will continue going here for as long as I live in the area.

The customer service from the Best Buy employees is always easy and friendly. Unfortunately I had a really frustrating and poor experience with the Geek Squad employees working June 18th. I had an appointment at 4:40pm but was waiting at the register for at least 5 minutes. I wasn't the only one left unattended at the register there was a second customer who also had an appointment at the same time. I saw into the back and there were two employees (aside from the lady who helped me) that were just sitting around. One made eye contact with me and slipped off out of view looking a little embarrassed that I saw him. I brought in a Sonic toothbrush in hopes they could help me in any way. I tell the lady helping me that I need help pressing in two tabs and tightening a screw. They ask for warranty information and I tell them it's expired but I'd be willing to pay for the repair. She picks up the toothbrush looked at it for 3 seconds put it back down and said "Yeah we don't have the tools for that". So I tell her I don't have good motor control and that I really need help since I cant hold my fingers that way. She just looks me in the eyes and says "no" (no sorry or anything) I say "ok do you recommend going to a local repair place?" And she says "they won't take it, so no" and at the point I just say "ok" and take the toothbrush and leave. I’m so bummed to have a bad experience here. Thank you to the Best Buy employees who helped me as best they could. To the employees working at Geek Squad, I hope you find jobs where you don’t have to help others as it seems you really don’t like it.
