Not bad with service. However everyone working there expects you to know everything. Don’t really want to help or educate. Also closes earlier then they are supposed to many times.

Excellent service. Store was empty (no customers) on a Sunday morning. I can't remember his name but I do remember his service. Attitude, service, knowledge..5 stars

The guy I talked with was rude and abrasive. Unbelievable. I love Benjamin Moore Paints but I will not put up with the treatment I received.Customer service has morphed to customer disdain here. Too bad.
