This business is owned by a guy named mufasa he often sells cars on craigslist. He moves from town to town me and my father bought a car and a truck from him. The truck ended up having a blown head gasket and would cost double what the car was worth. The other car the transmission blew out a few days later. He could not be found again to contact

Ron, the owner, took complete care and responsibility for an unfavorable experience I had with one of their former techs. Takes pride in ownership and that's a strong sign of good practices. Will look to using them in the future (hopefully I dont need them though).

I am very impressed with Galaxy Appliance Repair. I have a GE oven microwave combo and the latch for the microwave was broken. I called over two dozen appliance repair companies and they all said they could not repair the appliance because GE had discontinued making the specific latch for the unit. I spoke to Ron and he said he would send Sam to look at the unit. Sam was able to repair the broken latch on site! Amazing service and I will always call Galaxy Appliance repair for all future service needs. Thank you Ron and Sam for your excellent work!!! Regards Rathin Neogy

Went out and gave me a quote on fixing my refrigerator. Decided to buy a new one due to the cost/age ratio. However the technician was honest and up front. Would recommended them with the caveat to compare replacement with repair costs on all appliances.

Buyer beware! I was referred to this company by my home Warranty company. I paid my deductible and the insurance company approved the repairs. They now want to charge me an extra service fee because my repair required two people. Obviously they don't like working with home warranty companies because they don't get the same rate they would if I had not had insurance. Also the technicians who showed up we're not only late but short and rude with my wife. Luckily for them I wasn't home.

Very polite, fixed my washer in about 20 minutes. Ali seemed to know what the problem was before he walked in the door. On time and professional, even offered to take his shoes off.

The only good thing I can say is that they showed up in their promised time frame and the technician was nice. However he obviously didn't know what he was doing and installed used or bad parts on to my dryer. He said he was going to order another part and reschedule a return visit which after a week I never received a call for nor saw anyone with the parts. I found out the parts he installed we're bad when I found some troubleshooting guides on the web and ordered and fixed my dryer myself in a few hours, replacing the bad parts he installed.
