“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

“I was sending a package overseas to my kids for their birthday. Probably a little unusual for Rio Linda. But, Stew is a really nice gentleman who works at this post office. Extremely kind, professional, and respectful. He greets every person who walks in, helps them, explains things, and doesn't rush anyone or anything. He makes sure you know what your options are before proceeding. He also thanks you and makes sure you know that the USPS appreciates your business. I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Another customer who was in at the same time said she frequently uses the Rio Linda post office specifically because of Stew. I went to this post office after reading nightmare reviews at a different post office closer to my area. I'm so happy I visited the Rio Linda post office! Thank you USPS, and thank you Stew! She is genuinely nice & runs her place with kindness & integrity. We been coming here for years & have never seen her be rude or mean. “The employees in this shop are so helpful and responsive. Even when very busy, you can hear how they are assisting and know when its your turn, you will get the same attention. I prefer to do all my mailings and shopping for postal needs at this shop. Thank you for the opportunity to say this.
