Extremely kind, professional, and respectful. He greets every person who walks in, helps them, explains things, and doesn't rush anyone or anything. He makes sure you know what your options are before proceeding. He also thanks you and makes sure you know that the USPS appreciates your business. I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Another customer who was in at the same time said she frequently uses the Rio Linda post office specifically because of Stew. I went to this post office after reading nightmare reviews at a different post office closer to my area. I'm so happy I visited the Rio Linda post office! Thank you USPS, and thank you Stew!
