Let me start by saying I'm glad they are in playa vista but their prices have gotten high for many things. I bought a can of Campbell's tomato soup for $3.29 today, it's $2 a can at pavilion's. There sandwiches, which are good, are overpriced at $12.50

The dude with the long hair and glasses has a very negative attitude. Ruins the whole atmosphere of the shop. He seems extremely supercilious. Lovely area too and it’s a lovely shop such a shame it’s ruined by this guy’s demeanor.

Very disappointed!! Ordered salads from the bar several times. Every time some ingredients are missing from the salad. And some time the dressing was too less and barely covered the top layer of the salad.

I used to come here for their ceasar salad and loved it. I think the dressing has changed, not as great, but their ranch is impressive! We ordered fries and they were a pure blob of soggy oil, no crunch whatsoever. My biggest complaint however is the deli employees, they were quite rude and seemed totally put out when I asked for substitutions on my salad and when I asked for condiments for my fries. Your employees need to take a customer service training. I don't think I'll be returning. This place used to be full of nice friendly employees.

I applied for a position, guess I didn't have the qualifications, didn't have plantation mentality to be subservient, Stockholm syndrome ; felt like a sharecropper

Horrible awful place. Sketchy business practices and awful quality food. Never ever go here. I hope this place goes out of business

I absolutely LOVE this place! They have always delivered within 30 minutes as advertised, and they call if there's any issues. It costs more than the grocery store, but less than Whole Foods, so I'm happy to pay for delivery when I'm chillaxin and don't want to get dressed and leave the house. ***Bonus points for days like today when my phone wasn't working properly and the delivery guy texted me so I could go downstairs and meet him INSTEAD of him just leaving. Highly recommend!

Until last October, I was a weekly Yummy customer, at a minimum. When I moved less than a mile away in October it put me in Yummy Playa Vista territory. I've ordered a total of 4 times in the last 5 months, as a result. The products sold by Yummy Playa Vista are either near expiration or already expired. This never happened at other Yummy branches. The prepared food at Yummy Playa Vista is AWFUL. How do you ruin a BLT? Toast the bread and cook the bacon until they shatter into dust with every bite. Yummy Playa Vista also sells salads that STINK like rotting lettuce when you open the container.Yummy Playa Vista sells egg sandwiches that cause GI problems (food poisoning).I strongly recommend you ONLY buy from this horrible store when you have no other choice, like between 9P & 11P, don't buy their "fresh" or prepared food, and buy the smallest available size of anything that will expire.

January 4, 2023 @ about 9:09 PM. CHECK YOUR CAMERAS You guys have decided to close the deli early. I came in at 9:09 PM. You guys close at 9 PM. When I asked to order something the woman in the deli was EXTREMELY rude saying "the deli is closed" and then continued working without missing a beat to get the the deli closed. It literally would have taken 30 seconds to fill up a cup of tuna to go. There were literally ZERO other customers in the store. You're a neighborhood grocery market that's FULLY priced higher than Whole Foods. Some of your millennial employees are EXTREMELY rude and need to learn some BASIC customer service especially for a "neighborhood market." Look someone in the eye and have a conversation. Learn some BASIC MANNERS and some BASIC customers service. David & Arthur reign in your RUDE millennial employees and teach them BASIC manners & customer service. The customer experience has gone down. Your should fire this RUDE employee and let her focus on becoming an influencer on TikTok. Your employees are your front line PR people representing YOUR company. SORRY TO HAVE TO POST THIS BUT GO INTO WHOLE FOODS AND SEE HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. 7-Eleven has better customer service. Also, it's 2023 so you should get Apple Pay like every single other business in the neighborhood.

Love here, quick deliveries, centered in the neighborhood, really wide range selection of items, no complaints.

Sandwich prices went up $3 overnight and now average $14.50. you can get two for that price down the street at Whole Foods. Another change is ordering through their app for the deli is unavailable till after 10:00 p.m.

I like the sandwiches but the service is bad. They take long time, they ignore when you speak to them. They are not friendly or attentive. Very poor service. I don't recommend this place. I bet there is a lot of people who really want to work.

Ordered a bunch of items. All in stock. Store calls. I return the call 4 minutes later and they say too late you order has left and you’re only getting 2 items. Ends up costing $25 for a slice of cheese cake. Mostly fees and a tip. Don’t mind the tip because the driver did their part. Called store back to discuss and they basically don’t give a &$@* if ever order again or not. I guess I’m like everyone else and don’t like getting ripped off.

Love Yummy. Most reliable groceries during the pandemic. They always call if they are out of stock and ask if you would like to replace it with something else. The workers are so caring and hard-working.

I live in Playa Vista so delivery is free. Quality brands. Good Prices. Delivery in less than 30 minutes. Beats dealing with the Runway Whole Foods congestion any day!!
