I attempt to use this branch every Friday at 3 PM but without fail every single Friday at 3 PM they are closed. My God would I love to have a job working for a place that closes every Friday at 3 o'clock. Whoever is running this branch is insanely lazy and incompetent. Unacceptable. Taking my money back to Chase.

This specific bank has an issue with employees not having, if ANY, customer service. Not a greeting from the teller Taylor, and the guy in the front. The teller (Taylor) wasn't helpful at all with my issue, didn't solve or explain, her words "I don't know" not a very nice customer service at all! Bad bad, zero stars for this branch. Don't come here. Even their ATM several meters away from there sucks too

I really only come here to use their ATM. The couple of times I've had to go inside, it was super packed and not enough tellers. Line moved super slow and the workers never seem to be in a rush to help you. If you are going to be rude or unprofessional with your clients, then it's probably time to get a new job where you don't have to deal with people! Just my opinion.

This is such a phenomenal bank. The associates are totally customer oriented and welcoming. I have been to various WF banks in Los Angeles and had the worst experiences like the rude and ignorant tellers in Westchester on Supulveda who actually are racist and anti-customer. These guys here are total professionals.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Only one teller window was open, 4 people in line, AND 4 people behind the teller windows. I asked if they could please open another window. The response from one of the unprofessional non-tellers was an excuse. Five-year-olds give excuses. Professionals solve problems. Wells Fargo cannot train people to service their customers. After all, banking is a service business.

I went in this branch more than once very rude teller that works their and he's racist too! I was having problems with my thumb print he could careless as always if your black he could careless about helping you. Racism is very high in world and the Hispanic culture is not making even better by taking out on blacks and other cultures because what is going on in The White House. This particular day as I mention when he clearly didn't want to help me another customer came to his window he told that customer yeah we have to deal with one of them every other day! One of them. I spoke with the manager Jessica which I don't believe nothing would be done she's Hispanic and that's the problem. It's just like talking to the dead. Looking out for each other no matter how rude they are and it's every where. Now how does that sounds Angel? Since you want to call me one of them.

Amazing service, never fails. We all hate long lines at the bank , but I've been here so many times and the wait has been less than a minute. Not to mention the Manager Shatoya is extremely nice just like the rest of her staff. I will keep coming to this branch.
