I had an amazing experience at this center. Dr Glenn referred me to California Laser Spine for my sciatica in my left leg..Thank God I feel 90% better. Was in and out in about 45 minutes that included Xrays.... 4 years later…the center is more advanced!!! I was referred to the neurosurgeon.. They approved my surgery 2 weeks later I had the surgery and feel amazing!!!

Terrible experience with this horrible medical center. They gave me the run around for over a month about a procedure they had scheduled to do on me for severe occipital nerve pain in neck. The reasons were they ran out of proper needles then it was an insurance issue and then it was doctor Yoursefi was no longer available and then refusal to take my calls. They are a very shady unreliable and unprofessional , money hungry medical center that I would never recommend in a hundred years.

Left a positive review on Zocdoc right after the appointment, but unfortunately getting meds was unnecessarily difficult. That part is ok, life happens, but I was made by the front office to feel as if they were doing a favor for me by reordering the prescription that my pharmacist determined invalid. I was given attitude and was being nice about the issues and MAJOR inconveniences (they forgot to order the 2nd prescription after all of this), and that was disappointing. Wish I never came here. Rude front lady with major anxious energy.Update: Called the number that was associated with my appointment with Dr. Arash Yousefi in effort to make contact with the office. Immediately gave me an attitude by saying that this wasn’t the medical center and hung up. I thought I had the wrong number but realized I didn’t, and called back and he continued to ignore me. Despicable behavior for a medical professional. He also had the appointment in Zocdoc listed as “Ketamine treatment” meanwhile nothing about this facility does ketamine therapy. Waste of time given that I drove an hour to get there.Shame on you Dr. Yousefi.

I have had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Jay Frietz on two separate occasions, and each time, he has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Arash was very helpful. He is not only a great professional but also a great human being. He is very patient and helps to understand each process by answering all the questions you have. He is very passionate about his work and does his best to take care of his patient’s health. It’s always good to find a doctor you feel comfortable with.

This office is well organized and pleasant to work with. It was easy to make appointments and complete intake documents. Dr. Andrew is a rock star! He was open with me and took great time to explain the procedure and my treatment expectations. Swift and effective, but not hurried. Here, you'll be in capable hands.!

Won't check for insurance coverage, I begged for services to stop and later my claims were denied and they used the most expensive techniques and claim they care. And good luck getting a hold of Henry in claims.
