I got my parking ticket validated at Whole Foods but it did not work. I was forced to pay $12 to exit the parking garage. I will never go back. This place is awful.

I was told very rudely I needed validation to park at whole foods or I have to pay $2. The kid working the garage had a bad attitude and even told me multiple time "don't come here" "go to another whole foods" " don't come here again." I was shocked at the attitude and abuse for not wanting to pay when I went to whole foods for a whole ten minutes to buy one thing. I recommend whole foods reach out and advise the garage they coordinate parking with to employ better communication skills and treat patrons with respect when visiting. Maybe someone with more experience interacting with the public who doesn't use their job as a way to talk down to people when they are angry and is more mature. Visit was at about 6 pm 09/14/2023. Also the garage can coordinate with Whole Foods a better validation system maybe just scanning the receipt. Its 2023 and there are easy ways to communicate that i was a customer like scanning a receipt. I'm sure this happens like 100 times a day so i would suggest the garage and whole foods take action to figure this one out themselves. And also make sure anyone new to the workforce on shift know basic customer communication skills. Thank you and have a good day.

I used to work nearby at YouTube/Google and it is a very short distance, so I would walk over occasionally for lunch or after-work drinks. I was here today, 6/25/23 for their "Fitness Fest" as I had not been back for a while so I thought what a fun way to explore some more. Various vendors from the shopping center showed off their products, by after-work and some even had interactive experiences. They always have something going on to make sure to check the website or their socials. Anyway, if you have never been here and are in the area, check it out. This center has so many great shops, restaurants, stores, workout facilities, etc. *Parking Tip: Do not park in the structure at the actual center, park in the residential that surrounds the area. The first you get away by like 2-3 blocks you will find all-day free parking instead of having to worry about short-term validation.

There is a guy called Fernando, he opened the gate when I was approaching the entrance. Since the gate is open I just drove in. Then when I wanted to leave the exit gate is closed and doesn't open. I pressed the help button and he said I need to pay $15 for the list ticket. For the ticket that was never issued. It's a scam.I don't know how many people he scams like this but it seems like I wasn't the first one. I found him on the first floor and after a quick chat it was clear that he knew what he was doing and opened the gate on purpose. And yes, he refused to check the cameras.

Nice looking development with terrible parking. Parking structure has tight turns and very poor signage. It's difficult to tell how to get to the exits or to higher or lower levels. Pay station indicated on the display the amount to pay without a validation, but there were no instructions on how to pay by cash or credit card. All slots except for the one for the ticket were taped over. Luckily I saw the nearby CVS and I needed a few things so I went in and got a validation, Easy to get out once I got the validation. Except that someone who probably couldn't figure out how to pay was blocking one of the exits onto Jefferson and the other was almost blocked by a parked service truck. Lucky to get out, not planning to return.

They are unprofessional. They have young in mature young men running things apparently without any supervision. When ask to speak to a supervisor they sent a parking attendant with a smart mouth. Don't park there if you can help it. They really deserve no STARS!

Some very terrible kid with very poor customer service skills, tried having me pay $1.00 for not knowing I needed to have my ticket validated. Only when I asked for a manager is when he decided to issue a warning. He was even nasty afterwards. It makes not want to shop at this Whole Foods! I’ve been a customer for over 13 years.

Great shopping spot to do your groceries or grab a bite to eat. They have whole foods and this popular burger joint hopdoddy. They have ample parking and great outdoor area to enjoy a meal. They have a small park area called the Lawn that you can walk to and eat on some tables. Grounds are well kept and always clean.

Standard parking garage but the ticketing machine works quickly and is resilient to failures.

Such a nice area of LA that is rare to find in other neighborhoods. Playa Vista is a hidden gem and Runway is the center of the community. Nice facilities, outdoor mall type setup with restaurants and little shops. Great place to have dinner and drinks in the evenings.

The Runway at Playa Vista is our neighborhood's main shopping area including Whole Foods, Chase/Wells Fargo, Cinemark, Sbux, Flywheel/Studio MDR, and a number of restaurants and other clothing/glasses/etc stores. Overall it's a very welcoming development with lots of public seating, fire pits on chilly evenings, and excellent walkability. Has been a bit of an issue with keeping some of the restaurants due to turnover, but hopefully there will be more stability with tenants in the near future.

I would never recommend anybody to visit here, lack of cameras, security and it's dirty inside and out.

I was in parking garage last night and had my parking pass validated by whole foods for an hour after shopping then went to hopdoddy for dinner and had my parking pass validated for another hour. I was assured that parking would work with TWO validations. Went to leave parking garage and gate would not read validation. I got out of my car and pressed parking assistance button to help while being honked at aggressively by the car behind me. The parking service would not come and help and told me, "I'm watching you in the camera". Ok, then why aren't you opening the gate or helping in any way and come to the gate? I told the parking guy that we validated in whole foods and hopdoddy and he said I can't double validate. Bottom line parking service blows, the guy that worked there on 12/12/18 blows. Thank god I was able to use the parking pass of the car that went out after me and I paid $4 with my double validated parking pass or I would still be stuck there today and probably over Christmas...maybe stuck until 2019. Worst parking garage horrible workers experience ever! Hope you get coal in your stockings...wait coal can become diamonds...I hope Santa doesn't even give them coal.

Design makes very little sense. CVS has way more "CVS only" spaces than it could possibly need. They expect you to know to turn into an oncoming lane within the structure, but don't put any signs up, just a few spread out cones, and it seems like a potentially dangerous idea anyway. I feel sorry for the guys who have to direct people in here. Also, come early, it takes a long time to get a spot.
