“Our mother had her immigration physical here and we were so satisfied with the care received throughout the whole process. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. “I’ve been to this urgent care on 3 separate occasions and had positive experiences each time. On my last visit, I showed up at 8 am on Saturday morning and was the first patient in line so I didn’t have to wait at all! The previous 2 times I had to wait, but it wasn’t bad as far as urgent care centers go. The staff is always friendly and the doctors will listen to you without making you feel rushed. They have in-house x-ray services. The facility is always nice and clean. Overall, this is what an urgent care center should be.”

“Traveling internationally so needed a test. It said it's free but you need to plan 3-4 days in advance, even if they take you without appointments. It's just a tent on the side of the road, you're never sure it's really legit but there's free parking, the girl was nice and gentle when taking the sample. Got my results the following day in the morning. Worked out well.”

First time ever being to a clinic to get tested, was super nervous and upset that I had to even be there (unfaithful partner) but they were SOOOO accommodating!Not sure what the review is about that says if you have symptoms you won't be seen, this is incorrect. I had symptoms and they had no issue servicing me like anyone else.Lucky enough to have received treatments same day I got tested! Also getting started on PrEP!TRULLY beneficial visit, one stop shop for whatever you need sexual health wise!”

“I love using the urgent care online with telehealth at Total health and wellness urgent care for all my urgent care needs. I am able to avoid waiting in lines and am able to get most of my prescriptions through telehealth. I have used this telehealth service when I had a urinary tract infection, as well as an upper respiratory infection in the past and both times were stellar. I have also used it to get refills on my son’s ADHD medications which were extremely helpful to us because we were leaving California and going on vacation and our regular doctor was out of the office. This is really a great and affordable service you are providing, and I really hope more people will take use it like how I do. Thank you Total health and wellness urgent care online!”
“I totally appreciated my visit at this location. I cant say that for most locations that does fingerprinting. Everything is so organized, from parking to getting the job done. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

“This place was awesome. I had to get some fingerprints done (not my first time getting fingerprints done). It was the best experience I’ve had to date. They got me in an out pretty quick. I was pleasantly surprised. The administrators of the services were excellent in helping get things done. Would use again, and recommended to a friend.”

I was referred by Cedars, so I thought they were Cedars-related & even tho' I had google mapped, when I got off the Marina Fwy & saw the big Cedars building on Mindanao & that they had parking, I pulled in. (You ever noticed how many buildings in LA do NOT have addresses on them?)Whoops, called to check in - at # posted right in front of every car -- & found out No, I was at the wrong location. Actually in UCLA building about 2 blocks away. Called them to say, I would've been early, but I was in the wrong place, but could be there in a couple of minutes. Not only did they say, No Problem, they also told me I could park in the Shopping center parking lot -- across the street & not $2/15 mins. I did have to spend a few minutes checking in on a tablet that couldn't dot the 'i's in my signature, but Anthony & Oscar in the office could not have been more helpful. The Tech was also a very reassuring & the procedure itself -- in this case, a CT scan - Zippy. I'd like to say under 5 mins, but who hasn't lost sense of time these days. But it was definitely less than 10.”
“Absolutely satisfied with their service. Elio helped with an adjustment of a tooth. Walked on in and he is so amicable and service oriented. I should have reviewed them in the past, years ago when I brought my mom. Unfortunately I put it to the side and lost track. I am so happy to have found my way back here. Don't expect a fancy office. That's why prices are great. Do expect ample parking, accessibility, great service and quality with unbeatable prices.”

“My job requested for additional tests to complete the hiring process (physical, titer test, TB blood, and vaccine Tdap) and I was able to make an appointment for this past weekend (Saturday February 24th, 2024). I walked in about 20 minutes before my appointment to check-in and was immediately greeted by Josh. Rachel and Josh were both polite and professional! I do not like needles but they made the whole process painless and made sure I was feeling okay afterwards. Thank you for being efficient, friendly, and most of professional!”

“My last visit went very smoothly! Checked in, saw the nurse, got my blood drawn. The entire process took about three minutes, and my nurse was very cordial and informative; she also didn’t leave a bruise, which usually happens when I have my blood drawn elsewhere.
Initially I made an appointment for 4pm on a Friday, and there were several people ahead of me when I checked in. I waited for approximately an hour, and there was still about it ten people ahead, so I had to leave. However, the next appointment I made was 240pm on a Monday and by the time I checked in, there was only one person ahead of me, so I only waited for less than five minutes. It seems to be kind of touch and go with the wait times, most likely due to people missing or being late to their appointments, but I’ve never had an issue with the staff!
I do wish they had hand sanitizer dispensers in the waiting room, however.”
