My husband and I came here I think literally five minutes after becoming first time dog owners (we met up elsewhere in Runway to do the handoff with the foster) to buy a harness because Ada was pulling so hard on her leash to look for her foster that the her collar was choking her. The sales associate was incredibly kind and helpful, coming around the counter to help us size and harness her and try to soothe her with treats. He also cut the tags to take to the register so we could pay for the item without unharnessing her and she could wear it out of the store. We came here again at a later date under less stressful circumstances so we could have a look around. They seem to have a nice little selection of treats, toys and accessories that I haven't seen elsewhere!

Everyone that works at this Healthy Spot location in Playa Vista is so nice! They are helpful when I call with questions, they are friendly when I walk in the door with my dog (a Cavapoo), they are kind to my dog and they always address my questions and concerns (as a new dog owner I always have lots of questions). They call me 1/2 hour before the grooming is done so I have time to drive back over, and they are always done on time. Kari is a really patient and kind groomer. I so appreciate her! Also, the shop smells clean. A+++

The service is always friendly and consistent. Our imperial Shih Tzu Jeff loves his groomer Kari. She does such a phenomenal job and Jeff is always so excited to see her. We truly feel safe leaving our baby in the care of HS and we know Jeff loves it too.

What a group of lovely people here. I can't imagine being anywhere else that would groom my babies. One sadly passed away and they greeted me with flowers and a beautiful sympathy card signed by them all. Melted my heart.

Great place to bring your pet to shop. I bring my kitty in there to find harnesses and toys. There is a small selection of quality products and I've had success with all my purchases

Super helpful staff, clean store to explore new items! We always go for the check in offer for a cookie which the furbaby loves. PARKING: free 2 hour street parking everywhereThere's also a nice dog park nearby to walk over. Beautiful area and super dog friendly.

We've been taking our dog to this Healthyspot for years, unfortunately theres been quite a bit of groomer turnover and we just had our last cut and it was just not the quality we would expect for a $150 groom. They took my dog for almost 4 hours but the cut was really sloppy and we had to fix it at home, the store must have been busy because the groomer usually meets the customer but that did not happen and the grooming messages were not relayed properly. Really sad because now we have to find another groomer after going to Healthyspot for over 6 years.

Brought my dog, Copper, here yesterday for a walk-in nail trim and the service was perfect! We waited for only a few minutes before someone came out to get Copper and less than 10 minutes later he was done. :)

I want to leave a review for a worker that helped me with my order earlier today in the morning Saturday. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but I just want to give feedback that they had great customer service, knowledgeable about their products, attentive to customer walk-in, and offered seamless transaction. Hopefully they can get recognition & a bonus for great representation of the company.

I have been taking my dog, Lola, to grooming here because she has skin allergies and ear infections and needs frequent baths with medicated shampoo. Lily in grooming is wonderful! She always remembers Lola, uses the medicated shampoo, and is so sweet and gentle with her. Since Lola is a senior dog now, I'm more cautious bringing her places to get baths and stressing her out, but that is not the case with Lily. Lola doesn't arrive or leave here shaking or trembling. She is a happy camper! Thank you Lily/Healthy Spot Playa Vista!

Kari Schonberg is the BEST groomer! Dog whisperer! My dogs have zero apprehension when she greets them. They usually are very good at communicating when they do not want to go with someone or somewhere. She goes above & beyond to provide excellent service. She is fantastic at both yorkie and doodle cuts- which is not easy to find. Highly recommend her services.
