Pharmacie opens at 9:00 a.m. which does not make inconvenient at all for people who work early.They should open at 8:00 at the very least.

they’ve always been rude and lazy but today i’m done. they CANCELLED a prescription i desperately need instead of transferring it out of town as i asked, AND then sent my insurance a bill as if I had picked it up there. so now insurance won’t pay for the real one since they paid for the cancelled one, and CVS hasnt picked up even one of my 35 calls to them. i’m desperate for this medication, cvs if you see this review PLEASE pick up your phone im begging you

No direct to pharmacy line.... The Capitalism movement to make everything automated just to not have to pay workers LIVING WAGES is getting ridiculous.... While billionaire (money hoarders) get richer. Something drastic NEEDS to be done. Raises Wages - than make it so not a single billion dollar corporation CANNOT Raise prices for 4 years. That seems like the only way to recover fully from this economic upheaval... Imo.

One star is too generous. This pharmacy has the WORST customer service and the staff is utterly incompetent. There is only one person there who won't waste your time and will go above and beyond to ensure you have your prescription filled without complication. If you can manage going back repeatedly for the same medication (showing online it is ready to pickup) only to be told it's not ready, to 'we don't know', to 'we appear to have lost it and will have to check the cameras', well props to you. And the 'we don't know' line happens often.If Diana ends up leaving for a promotion (which is likely because she is on another level entirely), then kiss away your precious time because the staff couldn't care less about you.Only one person there is doing the work of 5 and she is the golden nugget in the trash dump.

It’s extremely difficult to get through on the phone and if you finally do get through the staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. They never seem to understand what I’m saying/ asking of them and I’ve wasted so much time trying to get through every single time we’ve had a prescription.

Avoid this pharmacy if possible. Rude, unhelpful, incompetent, and irresponsible. Shocked by the negligent behavior and overall ignorance of the pharmacist.

Absolutely useless. They take forever. The cashiers are rude. I don’t understand how such a nice area can have such a terribly run cvs.

I've mostly had positive experiences in this store. Besides the prices being outrageous the employees are nice and the store is calm. But today I had the most unpleasant experience ever. I've been in this store with my toy poodle maybe 200 times. I moved away for 4 years But lived in the building across the street for 2 years prior. Today I brought them in and i bald Middle Ages man with no CVS badge on came up to me and acted as if I was disrespecting the entire store and breaking this huge rule on purpose. I had NO IDEA at all I wasn't allowed to bring them in and I am someone who follows rules and respects rules. When I asked how I would know he told me the door was CLEARLY marked and I Karen in front of me chimed in and also confirmed they have it CLEARLY marked. ( see attached picture for what they consider clearly marked. I told him employees always see me with the dogs and even pet them and greet them and have never told me. He then says he is the manger and he's the ONLY one allowed to tell people.

It’s either the pharmacist or manager here that is so incredibly rude! I literally go out of my way to go to a different CVS location because of how many inappropriate interactions my husband and I have had with him. CVS needs to fire this guy it’s costing you business at this location. It’s insane while I was there for 5 minutes he had 3 other aggressive conversations with customers.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Customer service is horrid. They racially profiled my friend and I, Kalil (Manager I guess, don’t know if that’s correct since he wouldn’t even write down his name for me). He denied us our purchase of alcohol, mind you I am 32 years old, stating that we had been in the store 10 minutes prior trying to purchase alcohol. I asked him to show me proof that we had been in the store since they have cameras all over, but all he could do is tell me to leave and deny my money. Sorry CVS your customer service is HORRIBLE. Our money went to Whole Foods. You will end up closing if you have incompetent associates, throwing paying customers out. Sad to say it seems like this isn’t the first time based off of previous reviews. I will be contacting your corporate office to make sure this NEVER happens again.

Manager here has a huge superiority complex and is super rude. I came here with my service dog and my 1 year old baby in the stroller, he watched me walk in with them didn’t say anything, I’m trying to buy cleaning supplies and pick up my prescription and he comes up to me and very loudly said we don’t allow dogs in here anymore, i said she’s a service dog, and he said i don’t care no dogs allowed in my store…. Like you couldn’t that that to me when i was first walking in and you clearly looked right at me? But instead waited till i was shopping and did it loudly and rudely in front of other customers? I live in playa vista it’s a very dog friendly area, not even Whole Foods gives an issue if you bring a service dog in there. I am a single mom with a health condition i should be able to go to my local store and pick up a perception without being treated so poorly, if it would have been said to me nicely at the time of him seeing me walk in there would have been no issue.

The worst CVS I’ve ever been to. The manager is so rude and d**** I guess that’s why he works there because the place suits him so well. They don’t help the customers at all. I would suggest to change the way you approach your consumers because karma will catch you back soon. Would never suggest to go there! The worst experience in my life. I didn’t know it can happen while I was shopping. So ridiculous.

I want to give a big shout to Mr. Ashkan, the new pharmacist in CVS Playa vista. He's new at the branch, but when I first talked to him to get my husband prescription, he was so nice and very accommodating. He see to it that you get what you need. The next time I pick up my husband RX, even his not on pick up side, he say hi how are you. My husband has a lot of medication. The insurance change the pharmacy of his mail order RX, so we decided to transfer all his RX to CVS because of Mr. Ashkan. CVS is so lucky to have an employee like him!

Zero stars if I could. Understaffed and rude after making multiple people wait 30+ min Came back to add to this after reading other reviews: After waiting 30 min in “pick up” line at the pharmacy I was moved to another line at the “drop off” area where there was another massive line (it was literally all the people in front of me in the pick up line moved to this line). Once they got to me, they lost my prescription, couldn’t figure out my insurance and then told me I’d have to wait an additional 15 min (it was 5:45pm at this point, pharmacy closes at 6pm and I arrived at 5pm). After telling me to wait, the pharmacist then proceeded to say “don’t go far I will NOT keep the pharmacy open for you” I was in SHOCK that she would 1 speak to me that way after i had been there for over 45 min and 2 tell me to wait 15 min but gives me attitude? Apparently her name is Lucy, I called an placed a formal complaint I’ve never dealt with such a rude pharmacist in my life. Not to mention, the doctor prescribing me the medicine told me NOT to go there because they constantly have problems with this pharmacy. I’d like to add that the older man at the register is really out of line as well. He asked me about the names attached to my phone number I used. He wanted to know if the name on there was a friend? First of all it’s not your business, second of all it’s my family member with the same exact last name… he constantly bothers you when you opt to use the self check out over him at the register and listens in on phone conversations as well. He commented on my last phone convo which made me super uncomfortable. Who hired these people?
