Horrible customer service. Had a few issues using my first republic ATM card and they could have cared less. I’ll be closing my accounts after the transition.

They will not cash checks issued by their own institution for more than 2,500 to none chase members. I honestly would give them 0 stars if possible. Ludicrous that the bank who issued the check can't cash it out.

I've been with chase for 20+ years, the level of incompetence I've dealt with, not just at this branch, but within the company itself is alarming.

My experience with Oscar Chavez has been an absolute nightmare! It's been 6 months and several phone calls trying to reach him or his manager and I'm still waiting for an update on my credit application. You would think that his manager would have stepped in by now!

This chase branch used to be so incredible but the bank manager retired, and it's nowhere near the same. It used to be really clean and now it's kind of dirty and dingy, and reminds me of the very heavily used chase branches in midtown Manhattan. Some of the people who were there before or still there and are nice. This branch simply didn't recover from Covid well. But at least it's still open.

Horrible experience throughout my credit application Process. My Financial representive was Oscar Chavez from the Chase Playa Vista branch in Playa Vista CA. I do not recommend dealing with him. He will Lead you on and misguide you into hearing what you want to hear. I was misled by him throughout my whole application process and now he wont even return my calls or e mails. I am very surprised that i was treated this way considering the great relationship that i thought i had with him and Chase Bank. Beware of his empty false promises ,and what he will lead you to believe. This has left a horrible taste in my mouth and i will never work with him again

I called this bank branch in mid November and was happy to hear they had reopened. Gent on the phone was nice.Fast forward to today and it seems the temporarily closed sign is back up. Also, my regular branch in Manhattan Beach is permanently closing.High score is for the branch, but to corporate: what gives? If you’re going to be arbitrarily shutting down and closing branches, you’re giving the edge to your fintech competitors. At least we know what to expect there.

I love coming to this bank. It's in playa vista, they close at 6pm, have treats and water for your dog . Plus you can pull out more money from this atm than other atms.

Absolutely appalled by what I just witnessed. A teller by the name of Victoria blatantly went out of her way to accost an African American customer who was, mind you, not even HER customer. The young man was working directly and seemingly amicably with another male teller when Victoria went out of her way to RAISE HER VOICE and unnecessarily state "He's just doing his job! Let him do his job!"It was one of the most bizarre displays of emotional unintelligence and unprofessionalism. It was as if this woman was triggered by the very presence of an African American man expressing his right to request and inquire as a Chase Customer. I was so appalled that I asked the young African American man what happened. He was visibly offended and taken aback himself and I do not blame him one bit. He was disrespected and reprimanded by this ignorant racist professional who should NOT be working in customer service when she clearly cannot provide the basic level of common courtesy, nor did she seem to possess even the basic level of emotional intelligence. There she was misreading a situation and she did not even take a moment to ask, instead, she chose to REACT only to find out she was poorly mistaken. Ignorance at that level has no place in customer service and I hope the manager acts accordingly as I will never frequent this branch again. Really despicable to witness a customer be treated in that way and for no reason. I thought for a moment, what if the scenario were different and he actually was being rude to the male teller, but even then, are these tellers not trained to de-escalate a situation calmly and intelligently? Manager: PLEASE TRAIN OR FIRE THIS WOMAN. She has no business working in customer service popping off like that, completely irrational and unclassy. No class at all. I would like to add that the manager, on the contrary, seemed to be very professional in his handling of the customer's experience.

I have been having a lot of trouble with a certain card given to me through my work and everyone working here has been doing their very best to help me. This is one of my favorite banks until today I went in and tried to get help and was treated in a very rude manner by a woman working there named Vickey. I was asking to transfer money into my account and she was laughing at my situation after I have visited this location for weeks trying to get help. Other than her everyone that works here is absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. It's a shame that one person can ruin a reputation for a whole store. I hope she gets proper training about how to deal with customers because she definitely does not know how.

Jason answered the phone, researched my question & checked with the manager to make sure they could help me with my request! He was efficient, patient, helpful and accurate. The manager, Mr. Ochoa was also very patient in explaining the protocol. And when I came for my appointment they were ready for me! After getting sloppy incorrect info about other matters at several other Chase branches, I am so grateful to be treated so well here!
