But the other person I saw ruined my color and I have had to pay thousands elsewhere to have it fixed

The best salon ever. Very nice and clean. Every one is very friendly. All hair stylist are very professional. Price is definitely reasonable compared to a high in salon. I will definitely will be back. Anat

I have been going to BBL for two years, and it's a real jewel. H is an exceptional hair designer. He listens when others just hear. He'll give me a cut if it's needed, a style with curlers that will stay for days, and he's friendly and an artist. I've had my eyebrows done there, too, and it's been great each time. The front desk staff is excellent, too.

Natalie is amazing! Really good at cutting hair. I have really long hair so i always worry some that someone will cut my hair too short but she cut the perfect amount. Also, the front desk girl Emilie is really nice!

I recommend requesting Jaqueline! I have seen several different gals at BBL 1x (using "next available" when booking) and I didn't leave overly impressed with any of them - but next time I will be sure to request Jacqueline again. She and her assistant Ashley were both extremely sweet and professional. My hair looked AMAZING. Because Jaqueline was so compassionate and patient, I even booked an adjustment with her because I decided after getting home I wanted my bangs a tad shorter. Requesting an appointment to come back for an adjustment is something I've never done and would be too insecure and guilty with previous stylists to have asked - but she was kind and patient and seemed more than happy to give me an additional half hour of her day to make sure I felt confident with my haircut! It has been a few days and I am still loving it

I requested highlights my stylist Danielle Keller added a root shadow and had been adding glosses for the past few visits. I have extremely healthy hair and have been experiencing a ton of breakage since going here. So mentioned my breakage concern and mentioned how the product she recommended had alcohol which everyone knows isn't the best for your hair. After returning to her chair to brush out the complete rats nest of hair she created she starts running the brush thru my hair from the roots to the end just ripping thru the tangles breaking my hair even more. I ended up brushing it myself, and thankfully she felt uncomfortable continuing as I wanted to walk out already. Will never return and regret the 20 percent tips I had given her for her already overpriced work. Will add pictures of my "highlight" to show what a not so great job she did.
I wasn’t going to add the stylist name in the review, but noticed she had multiple clients post reviews directly after my incident and review on yelp , so decided to name her so you can spare your hair and reframe from booking. Any hair stylist that wears open toed heels cares more about looking pretty than doing a good job. So obviously they aren't a very clean salon.

Still waiting on my refund. Also it is NOT normal for your hair to smell like chemicals for up to 5 washes after getting it done. I immediately went to another salon and they were saying it seems like they put perm solution in my hair. The hair dresser was appalled by the uneven crooked highlights and could not understand how the hair dresser did such a bad job for the price she charged.

BBL is the best hair salon on the westside! I've been a customer for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair care. I see Danielle for my color and extension. Danielle is an absolute PRO when it comes to all things hair. She always knows what I want and nails it. I have blonde hair and she nails the color every time. I always leave the salon feeling like a million bucks! She also does my extension and its perfect everytime! She is the best and BBL is the best salon in town!

Moved here from the east coast, so happy to find "BBL." Top tier stylists capable of all services and treatments. Convenient and fun location - grab a coffee or lunch afterwards and make a day of it! Alma has been outstanding- really listens to her clients and delivers. My hair has never looked so good!

This review is long overdue. I've been coming to BBL since they first opened in 2016. I've been to several salons on the Westside, and I'm always skeptical of trying a new place. I took a chance on BBL and Danielle and I've never looked back. I'm picky when it comes to my hair. I've always been greeted warmly by the BBL staff, and Danielle is an absolute gem and hair wizard. She knows how to give me an elevated look that is classy and elegant. Oftentimes, she knows what I need before I do, and I always get compliments! Most importantly, she's the sweetest human being. You can be the most talented person at your job, but if you are not a decent person, I won't waste my time on you. There's a reason I keep coming back--she's both deeply skilled at her craft and an incredibly caring, thoughtful, and kind person.

I absolutely love this salon! I found this place a few years ago in desperate need of a new hair stylist and I was hooked after my first time there. I refuse to get my hair cut anywhere else. Danielle is literally the best and always gets my hair right. She really listens to what I want and ALWAYS executes my vision flawlessly! Every time I get my hair done here I always get a ton of compliments. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly there, you're offered a drink whether that be water, champagne, coffee, etc., and the salon is always kept clean. I can't say enough about this salon!

I cannot say good enough things about Beach Beauty Lounge! I am VERY picky when it comes to my hair because I have fine hair & have bleached it blonde for years. The past 4 years, my stylist has been Danielle & she is absolutely unbelievable! She is the best colorist I have ever had & recently gave me hair extensions for my wedding & I am OBSESSED (picture attached to review).
