“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

“I've had an address here for years now that I use as my primary business address . I travel most months of the year and Beverly Hills Postal Place makes sure I get all my mail without interruptions. I pick it up while in town from a friendly and professional staff . But one of the best services I utilize is they forward my mail to me once a month , where ever I am in the world with a quick phone call and the address I am currently . Love these guys and their great service .”
“While the hours are less than to be desired at this local annex to the larger Post Office this makes up for in its lovely and helpful employees. Most associate the post office with stress. This is not that location. It’s all about how they can help and they are always professional and very friendly. High fives all around although I wish they had abbreviated Saturday hours to avoid the Sepulveda location which is poorly located with so much traffic.”
“Shout out to Euginda at this USPS branch who made my experience here amazing. Due to my own carelessness, I came into the branch right before closing time, but Euginda patiently took the time to help me with the international forms and all, even past closing time.

“This was the second USPS I visited to deliver an Operation Santa gift. The first office I visited wasn't trained nor knowledgeable of the service I was explaining. “No one expects a visit to the post office, bank or dentist to be pleasant. And yet every time I go to this location I find the customer service of the staff I interact with to be exceptional for the area. They keep the items stocked, will explain costs and postage options in detail and are generally willing to work with folks of all experience levels to get what they need done. I don’t ever feel rushed nor have I found them to be unpleasant no matter the day or length of line. We also have more self service kiosks than Inglewood’s offices. And better stamp variety.”

Employees are nice, this one is always busy but its place in a very busy residential and business area, so expect to wait in line but then there are days there are very short lines, I come here quite often, to mail packages out. I get done what I need to do, I have never encountered a problem with this one!”

“The ladies at this post office have been consistently helpful and cheerful. It's the only post office I will go to in person. I really enjoy them and I've been using this post office for 20 years! My particular mail lady is terrific as well, Rita. Sometimes the lines are long, so I suggest going at odd-off hrs. I think if you are not nice to them, then you might not get a great response. But if you are anything from reasonable and above, you'll have a lovely if not fun experience...”
“They are very active. Packages are processed on a daily basis. Unlike Torrance's, they have a delay of a day or two in processing cheap packages such as First-class .”

“I just noticed several people expressed unhappiness with the post office and some of their staff. It is true that there are longer lines than at other times, on certain holiday occasions, on certain days of the week, and at certain times of the day. However, there are times when there is hardly a line at all. Above all, the staff works diligently and to the best of their ability to serve each and every customer who comes through the door. There have been many times I have arrived and there was a line out the door. But I would get in the line anyway because from my experience the line has always moved along quite quickly. In no time at all the twenty+ people ahead of me were taken care of very nicely and efficiently, and it soon became my turn in just a matter of minutes.
The truth is that we live at a time and in a society where time is short for many people and many of us have little patience. We live at a time when many of us expect immediate gratification, and may remember the days when the Post Office was a special place with a dozen counters to service the public. Those days are gone, unfortunately. However, we must appreciate the great service OUR post office provides us all. We must remember the birth of the postal service dates back to Benjamin Franklin when sending or receiving a handwritten letter was something special. With instant messaging via the Internet and cell phone texting, we have become spoiled.
What would Ben Franklin think about our Post Office today, and the truly immense volume of parcels and letters that are handled and almost all delivered to the intended recipient?
All I can say is: Thank you Ben and thank you to every postal worker, for the gift of communication they have afforded us.

I was about to walk out pretty upset but then when I turned around I told her lady at the counter that I really needed the receipt because I paid extra for tracking number she let me go right ahead and printed a receipt for me. Great customer service she was really sweet she was the only one there.. even though there was a line she was very patient and welcoming.”

Simone assisted me and was sweet & friendly, advised which padded envelope I should purchase to ensure safe & proper delivery...and she even offered me a piece of candy :)Made sure to arrive today mid-afternoon = post lunch crowd/prior to closing to have something shipped to Newport Beach. I avoided the usual crowds and was the only one there -- but once I completed my task, the line was beginning to form. YMMV at this particular BH Post Office Branch...but it always seems to work for me because first impressions are everything. And it works both ways.”
