“Excellent customer service, great selection. Only challenge is parking. But if you can find a meter, it's only $2 an hour. Whomever you get, Bethany or Allexis, you will be in great hands. They listen to your wishes, concerns and suggestions. Will guide you through the custom fitting process and make sure you wind up with the best fitting outfit possible. Appointments are well scheduled, you'll receive a reminder email a day or so before. Walk in, receive a warm greeting and you are on your way. “Tulio is my guy! I came in a week before I had to attend a black tie wedding. Tulio at first impression was very hospitable and very nice. Once he took my measurements and got my tux, I knew he knew what he was doing. The day I put the tux on, I looked magnificent. I told Tulio the wedding was great gatsby themed, and he got it on point. What a wonderful guy and a wonderful business. Could not recommend it more and definitely coming back”
“My tux turned out even better than I had imagined. It feels simplistic to say the tux was perfect but it really was exactly that. Jaime was incredibly helpful both with working with me on translating what I had in my head into physical cloth, colors, patterns and textures as well as offering his experienced advice when I was looking for direction.My tux is amazingly comfortable and the bamboo fabric is so soft to the touch. I will absolutely be back with Jaime at Hall & Madden for more custom clothing and suits in the future. And now that they have my measurements and Jaime knows my particulars, it’s as easy as a quick phone call to have another item made for me.I cannot recommend Jaime and Hall & Madden enough.”
“I use to shop here when I lived in Torrance but now I live in Vegas. Every time we go to Cali, my son and I stop in for some hats. When entering I told them I followed them on TikTok, they seemed so humble and grateful. I explained to the gentleman that the hat I bought last year doesn't stay snapped, he seemed concerned and kept apologizing. After buying my son a jacket and myself another hat, the gentleman asked my son which was his favorite hat. My son said the "just a kid from the 310". The gentleman grabbed the hat and said "here you go kid, since the last hat broke" and gave my son the hat for free!! My son was felt like he won the lottery! Thank you guys for being so awesome, we will forever shop there.”

“Reviewing based on experience coming in with my son who was looking for a new pair of shoes. Zero, the owner, was there and was very nice to us. Explained to my son how to look up what they had in his size and helped him try on a pair he was interested in. Gave him a fair price on them when he decided he wanted that pair and was just nice to deal with the whole time we were there. Nice to see my son excited to get something nice he's saved up for. I had Pro Wings and LA Gear and stuff like that growing up so I don't mind looking at some of the Retro pairs of shows I remember growing up that I couldn't afford. Nice shop, been there a long time, and they have a lot more inventory than you'd think just peeking in from outside. Glad we walked over to check the place out and will be back again.”
