Susan the manager, is friendly and professional. Everything was well maintained and clean. I wish this apartment also has a bigger unit.

Never posted a review that is below 5 stars before. Like other reviews say, the manager Tony is very rude and not doing her job at all, she sounds like she doesn't even bother to pick up the phone. Politely asked if I could take a tour, she answered 'We are not here every day'. If you don't even try to get potential residents, I would not expect you to fix things if anything is broken. For me, I'm not ok to live in a property that provides this rude and unprofessional service.

Manager Tony is very rude and condescending. Called to inquire about leasing and she cut me off and said no availabilty. Asked about the future and she was hesistant and refuse to check.

Called in Jan 2022 to see if I could take a tour. The manager whose name is Tony I think was very rude. No greetings, no instruction like ‘Thank you for calling Brisa Apt’, she just said ‘Hello’, that’s ok, I don’t mind. When I said my current lease would expire in April and asked if I could take a tour, she said ‘But all of our units will be taken before that, we are not here every day’. Not professional at all. I was shocked to learn that a so called manager would not even do her job by trying yo schedule a tour and getting potential customers. I emailed them later to schedule a tour, no respond. I’ve been living in LA for 6 years, this is the rudest and the most irresponsible leasing inquiry respond I’ve ever received. If you don’t even try to get a potential resident who called 3 months before her current lease expires and currently lives in the area, I would not expect I would get any help if there’s a problem happens in my apt. For those who expect help when there’s a thing like flood, I would not recommend you to live here, and this is from someone who never wrote a below 5 star before

I lived here for a short amount of time but absolutely loved the small community atmosphere and property. Very well maintained and the units were modern and upto date.

I lived here for 4 1/2 years while commuting between Dallas and LA and really enjoyed this apt community! Susan the manager is simply the best apartment manager I've ever had, always on top of things, friendly and willing to help with anything. I would live here again in a heartbeat should the need arise. -Dallas, TX

Brisa Apartments was one of my absolute favorite places to call home. It's extremely cozy and quaint. Very safe and very quiet. Perfect place for the working professional who wants to be close to the airport and the beach. I would have never moved if I didn't get sick and was so thankful for the great landlord.
