Was at pump and card was declined; I got an email from my bank declining the transactions, for using the wrong pin number for a $175.03 charge. Someone is using a skimmer at the pump, beware, fraudulent location.

Went here for gas today. I gave cash to the lady at the cash register. Pump #7 would not re-set for me to pump the gas. I went back onside & told her abt it. She thought I wanted pump #3. I told her where I was, but still pump #7 would not re-set for pumping. I went back inside again. She told me to move to pump #3, which was now occupied. I asked for my $$ back. Under her breath, just load enough for me to hear, she cursed me aa I left. I never said or did anything rude or inappropriate.

This location use to let us use restroom now every time I come they tell me restroom is closed. I'm not spending over sixty dollars at a gas station that refuses to open restrooms.

Absolutely the worst rudest most disgusting treatment from the cashier, last night I thought I dropped my card so I went inside and politely asked the cashier if she saw a card somewhere she rudely yelled we dont fucking have it ! And I had my kids with me ! So disappointed

Soda machine was NOT working. Icee machine was NOT working. A lady in the store said she walks there often because she lives in the neighborhood & the machines never work. Ridiculous. Store was clean, I'm sure they had everything else but that was literally my main reason for stopping here.

Says open 24 hours but no attendant there early morning at 4 am. I needed to pay cash for gas so was unable to refuel. Hours should differentiate between hours pumps are available and hours the actual full Arco station is open. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
