He is really helpful and polite. We had an indicator of low tire pressure and that guy helped us with air pressure as well as calibrating the Automatic Tire Pressure Indicator.

Went above and beyond to help my Mom out! Very prompt and courteous. She got a nail in her tire and was on her way from Merced to Mariposa and the guy didn’t hesitate to help her out. Thank you for taking care of my Mom!

My car is very fussy about tires being at the right psi. I’ve taken it to both dealer and independent shops and they couldn’t get the warning on the dash to go away. Well, I got a flat tire after ignoring the low pressure warning for a while. so I was all stressed when the warning lit up on my way home from work. When I got to his shop, Mr.Ramirez kneeled (which I was hesitant to do in my work clothes) with his air hose and fixed all the tires up to the right pressure with a smile, and the warning symbol was no longer on. And, when I asked how much, he said whatever I felt was worth. Such a generous heart, and great service! Thank you Mr. Ramírez!

I was out of town and had a blow out. I had no spare and was nervous because as a woman traveling alone I'm aware of the dangers. It was just before closing on saturday when I called the shop, asking for help. They listened to me told me they had what I needed and then told me the price . At which time I got another scare as I only had less than half of there fee. But instead of saying sorry can't help you this is what they did....... They came 15 miles to where I was broke down got my rim and tire took it back to the shop put a new tire on it and brought it back and then put it on for me. Even offering to take me with them so I wasn't alone at the car. When I gave them the money I had saying I would send more when I got home , instead of agreeing and telling me what I still owed he saw I had given every dollar I had and asked me 2 things. Do you have enough gas to get home? Have you eaten? As I sit here now writing this I'm overcome with emotion and have tears in my eyes, not because of the new tire and great service but because of the sincere and genuine concern I was shown . The kindness shown from one brother to a sister as we all should treat one another. I will be forever grateful and always remember yesterday . I will drive from my home in Groveland to Planada Tire Express for every tire I ever put on my vehicle and I recommend you do the same. Quality Tires , Above and beyond Customer Service and Heart ! My tire pressure was low, filled it up and checked after a few hours, low again. I drove over to Planada Tire and they found the problem right away. A 3 inch screw was in between the tread! They had my tire fixed in 15 minutes! Very friendly and professional, I’ll definitely be back!

The guy overcharged us for an extremely quick diagnosis of the car because of constant beeps. He said they would go but nothing happened afterward even if we changed the cap as he recommanded. Scammer, DON'T GO
