I would like to restore your faith in customer service. I went to Walmart in Placerville and had the best experience. The automotive shop staff Russ and Mateo went above and beyond with great service. I would like to thank them for doing such a great job and helping get back on the road today. Great job in my opinion. Customer service excellence.

Hate to be one of those people that would give no stars but i would if i could. I arrived at this Walmart auto center this morning at 9:15am and I am currently still here. They Started off by testing my battery. They said it was bad, so they went to change it. They charged me almost $200 before even providing the service on my car as well. As well as giving me no paperwork whatsoever or asking for a signature for service. After the battery was put in, no one helped me afterwards. They just walked away. I notified them that my battery light was still on and then they just walked away. So I'm asking them what's going on then. The guys are yelling out in the back that it might be the alternator not/maybe the battery and then nothing happens. So I'm having to ask for managers to ask them for help. Which no one is doing, no one is explaining any information. So it has been over 3 hours. Down the road they had to give me a refund, take out the new battery. Put my old one in and then the manager asked me if he wanted to test for the alternator, which of course that's a yes, why would that not be if you you're telling me that's what's wrong with it. So it turns out their testing machine is broken. So now I'm about to drive a car that might not be safe to drive out of here. I have 2 kids I drive around in this car. If you value your safety, time, or money I would not recommend not going to this facility..

They don't answer phones. If you want to return something you can only do so during business hours before 6pm and then they close at 5pm randomly. I asked to speak to a manager and they couldn't find one. Ridiculous. I never shop here and will continue to never shoo here.

I have given this location several tries and it's just always the same sh!t show. My first experience was getting tires for my car. They told me they had them only to tell me that they only had three of them once I got there. Getting the 4th tire was a whole other story, but I won't go into that because that was a different Walmart. then they told me they could do my oil change. I leave and then 45 min later I get a call to tell me that they couldn't do my oil change because they didn't have the oil my car requires (2022 Hyundai Tucson). My husband went today (against my advice) and he was told he was being put in the 2pm time slot. he shows up at 2, only to be told they had too many people already. My husband explains what he was told over the phone and the rep tells my husband they don't do appointments and tells him to talk to someone else about it. That rep then tells my husband he doesn't know that that other guy is talking about and can't help him. Ultimately, my husband left and got tires at big ol tires. we are done with this place.

Very small if any produce section, I was impressed with how large the parking lot was and the solar panels outside but I got inside to no avail, and found a third of an aisle of produce.

I try to leave a review on walmart.com for a watch I bought and I can't even post a review every time I try open the page it closes.

I suggest anyone that complains about Walmart or any other retail store apply for a job. No one wants to work retail because of rude customers. You might make a difference!

Do not come here for propane. They have you purchase the tank refill inside and then tell you to wait outside for an employee to meet you for the exchange. They mention "it may take a while because the person who's helping you could be anywhere in the store." What they don't mention is that "a while" is defined as up to 30 minutes. The employee who did finally arrive apologized profusely for "staff shortages - they don't employee enough people." All fair, so then it's on Walmart to reconsider whether it should be selling propane.

Their customer service is below 1 star. I used to go all the time but the last 4 visits, I have had horrible experiences with staff and managers alike. complaints to Exec. and Corp. management have been completely ignored as well. They are going down the same garbage shoot as KMart..

So went in to shop at Walmart always advertising the lowest prices and willing to honor an advertising error right? Wrong, went in and saw microwaves in the middle of the aisles, so obviously a highlighted area, listed for $7 only to be told that was wrong and "someone" must have taken the other number. Was told this by several floor employees many of whom weren't in uniform, obviously hanging out with their friend, and didn't seem the slightest bit interested in helping a customer or making things right for the false advertisement.

Went through sandy's line, was trying to use a coupon and i didn't grab the right item according to the Sandy. So i asked if i grabbed the wrong item and if she could help me refused to help me. I was confused why she wouldn't help and then rudely said "look i have a line and i can't help you" mind you i was in line for maybe two mins and there was only two customers next. If you know walmart it's odd to think all of the sudden they care about making people wait in line. So i asked if there's anyone possible available to help me it's (7pm at night) and she told me there's no one who can help me. I work in retail and i'm last person to be rude to a retail clerk, but i will be contacting corporate. Learn some manners sandy I'm allowed my time in line.

And give it to zero Stars if it was an option they're always out of everything they say they'll cash checks they don't cash you can never get anyone on the phone or available to help you constantly changing staff they're rude and they don't even know their own rules

The customer service department is always closed. Been trying to return an item for three days, as well as get a refund for something I was double-charged for. Customer service area was closed at 6 pm on Saturday and again at 5 pm on Sunday. The regular register cashier would not take my return. It is 4 pm Monday and it is closed again. Tried calling before driving all the way here. No one answers the phone to tell you what the hours of the customer service department is. Drove here a third time waiting at register. Hope to get my money back. Won't be shopping here again for sure.

The lines are very long and slow.I wanted to buy a fresh cucumber but the selection was limited. I walked all over the grocery section but found only one refrigerated unit for produce.
