I am a Hospice patient and the pharmacy was asking for over $10 for 1 prescription when I get all 5 of my prescriptions free at Robinson Pharmacy. I had been told on the phone the day before that I had "nothing to pay" when I intentionally asked for reassurance. The prescription was made out in the same way at both pharmacies. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to leave there very upset with no prescription. I was so upset that I fell and hurt my right knee and my dog was shaking. What a horrible experience! Two months ago, at this same pharmacy, I made an appointment for a Covid booster on the phone. Nobody told me on the phone to make sure to bring my Covid card. Once again, I left with no Covid booster. These people are uncaring, ill-trained, and don't seem to care about the satisfaction of their clientele. I will never ever step foot in that house of horrors again. As a retired Nurse Practitioner, I can discern the good from the bad in this line of work.

Will refuse you service for any reason they can pull out of their ass (something different EVERY TIME) even when your doctor already sent through your medications/refills, my doctor has had to harass them until the pharmacist here gave it to me. I've tried for 14 months, every, single, time, they refuse to give it to me and have caused my medications to be on a completely fucked and irregular schedule. They do what they want I wouldn't doubt all of the pharmacists here are high school drop outs that got an ego once they put on a lab coat. Half of the reviews I've read on here also say they mix up labels for medications

Not a good place to do business. On hold for over 20! Minutes. When you do get ahold of someone they cut you off while asking very short questions.

This Walgreens is not very helpful. Their prescription preparation is always delayed. In the last month they have canceled two of my prescriptions that my doctor sent to them for no reason whatsoever. They are not helpful either. I have to use Walgreens due to my insurance so I am going to use a different store instead.

The pharmacy is very very bad. I have gone here for years and dealt with long waits and small inconveniences because I liked the dive through option. After my last attempt to pick up a prescription I transferred to another pharmacy immediately. It took 4 trips to get my prescription and on the third trip when they finally had it ready they handed it to me and I noticed the dosage from my doctor was different than what the medication was filled as. The pharmacist gave me the option to take the medication home as I had already filled it and then check with my doctor or to leave it there, get a refund and then check with my doctor. I didn't want to end up stuck with a medication that was the wrong strength so I chose to return it. I checked with my doctor the next day, it was her mistake and the medication was the correct dosage. I went to pick it up and was told there was no prescription ready for me. I explained what had happened and that I checked with my doctor and she said to pick it up as the dosage was correct. I was laughed at by the pharmacist on staff that day. He rolled his eyes at me and told me what I said had never happened and it would have been illegal. I told him I could prove it as I'm sure he could look up that I paid for the medication yesterday and then was refunded moments later. When he was able to confirm that I was telling the truth he did not apologize. He then told me they had faxed my doctors office for clarification but hadn't heard back. I asked if he had called and he went around to the pharmacy staff and asked if anyone had called, no, they hadn't. So I suggested he call. He argued with me longer, like picking up the phone to help a frustrated customer was just too much work. I showed him the message from my doctor on my patient portal showing the correct dosage, but that wasn;t enough. Finally I got him to agree to call my doctors office. Eventually, he told me he got the ok from my doctor. He acted like he had done me some big favor after treating me badly and insinuating that I was a liar. This wasn't even pain medication, which wouldn't excuse his behavior, but at least I might be a little more understanding as to why he may be suspicious. That was the last medication I will ever pick up from there. There is one staff member who is friendly and tries to help, everyone else is rude and unhelpful with no sympathy. As I waited over an hour for my medication I watched multiple people come to pick up prescriptions that were supposed to be ready just to be told rudely that they were not and they didn't know when they would be. They even told one man, "can't you tell we're busy?". Never ever ever will I give them my hard earned money again.

This Walgreens location has to be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I can understand that the staff has been under a tremendous amount of pressure with the lack of personnel to accommodate their customer base. However, your lack of staff does not constitute being nasty to people who are trying to get medication picked up. I was in the drive thru, getting a prescription for someone. The lady at the window told me there was an insurance issue and walked away. She came back and said they couldn't fill it because it was filled by a different pharmacy. When I asked what the name of the other pharmacy was she said, "Well, we're closed now so......."

This location is one of the poorest run pharmacy's in the county. In multiple occasions I have gone there to fill a Prescription and have had to wait 1-2 DAYS before they are able to fill it. Each time I get a different patronizing excuse that is generally centered around "we don't have enough staff to process requests". Today I went to pick up a prescription that was called in by my doctor YESTERDAY. I was told it would be 30-60 mins until it could be processed. I left and returned 1 hr and 45 mins later only to be told it would be ANOTHER 30-60 mins before they could 'get to it'. When I asked why, the guy behind the counter started mumbling something about state law only allows them to have one pharmacist in staff and they have hundreds of prescriptions to fill.... Etc. so basically the fail to adequately staff their pharmacy for the needs of the community. If this was an occasional occurrence I could understand. But this actually seems to be their standard operating procedure. I would recommend that NO ONE wastes their time at this pharmacy. It is unprofessional, incompetent and no one there even seems to be concerned with how pathetic their business is run. Extremely substandard business.

My husband waited 2 hours on the phone on Saturday to talk to the pharmacist about his medication. He was on hold from 1130 to 129 when they answered and hung up on him!!! Their lunch hour started at 1:30. We have had many frustrating experiences with Walgreens, but that was the last straw!!! Their only saving Grace is that they are nationwide!! Nonetheless, I will be changing pharmacies!!!!

This store is atrocious. Always long wait at counter and drive through? Forget it. Bring a sleeping bag. Poor, poor management. Customers are left holding the bag. In my experience 2 out of three prescriptions are in stock. This store needs more help

If you hate your family and are hoping for a lucky draw on a loved ones will because you can't get the necessary prescription this place is for you! Latest experience was an accidental prescription fill (forgot to change it to literally anywhere else) for my son who couldn't walk more that a few feet without the desire to throw up. Text message says our prescription was ready at 6:02 and was unable to make it there until 7:30 due work because the emergency doctor appointment made it impossible to get there any quicker. Once at the prescription window the gentleman working was so incredibly rude that even while holding the bottle that was needed for our prescription to be filled he told me it will be a long time before it could be done and only had 1/2 of the prescriptions in stock. This was with nobody else in line in the store behind me and only two cars in line at the drive through. Fearing even half of it getting filled would not happen this evening at all which has happened before (same pharmacist tech) I quickly searched other stores that could help me. Because Walgreens was our pharmacy for this prescription only a call from a pharmacist at another store could call and transfer said prescription. CVS tried and was on hold for 15 minutes before they were forced to close and therefore leaving my child with only hugs and kisses to get him through the night. On a past trip to Walgreens I witnessed no less than two people literally crying there hearts out because their loved ones were in such pain for prescriptions and even though all had a conformation that the necessary medications were ready all had to wait an extra hour plus.

I know I'm the only one giving them 5 stars but they have been nothing but accommodating and adorable to me. Try calling them and being sympathetic to the fact they re overwhelming and understaffed. It is a difficult time for businesses that can't find qualified employees We are going through a time of change and they are doing their best and will do their better if we support them

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. Long lines, rude clerks, a literal "sh#how"! Final straw was even though my prescription (generic common med) was on an auto-fill which gives them a 30 day notice they said it would still be an additional 2 weeks before they could fill it. After sitting on hold for 45 min then being hung up on (found out later they just take phone off hook), I went in, stood in the 20 min line to ask what the delay was , the guy at the counter said (rudely), we have 900 prescriptions and only 2 pharmacists so you're just going to have to wait". Told him problem is , "I'm not supposed to abruptly stop my medication", his reply was "sorry, you're just going to have to work with us". Finally got my prescription filled later that night. Will never set foot in that place again. Now in process of switching all of our family prescriptions to Sam's Club. Good riddance Walgreens!!

DO NOT FILL RX HERE!! If you are getting prescriptions filled, do not go here. It takes weeks, yes weeks to get a prescription filled. The line is 40 people long. Don't wast your time here. Have your provider call the RX in to Safeway or CVS.

Do not go here! The pharmacists are too arrogant to help at the register. I have waited in over an hour line three times for the same prescription that they still haven't filled. The phones ring and ring and no one, NO ONE answers. I want to get these prescriptions sent someplace else but they are making that impossible too. Do not use this pharmacy!!!!!!

I have repeatedly had to make multiple trips to Walgreens to pickup prescriptions only to find that after waiting in line for over 45 minutes that the medications was not ready for pickup. I had called several times to see if meds were ready but after being hold for over 45 minutes the phone was picked up and then hung up ( I could hear the Pharmacy staff talking). Since some of the medications that I am trying to pickup are life sustaining I would hope that the stores failure to fill the medications in a timely manner will not result in patients decline in health to the point of needing hospitalization, which also might suggest malpractice. I have watched the pharmacist stop filing medications and go give vaccine injections. I would think that it might be a better use of their staff salaries to hire a nurse or a medical assistant to to all of the COVID testing and vaccines and let the Pharmacist do the job of filing prescriptions that actually keeps patients healthy and well. I have spoken with the store manager on several occasions with no results. I have put in calls to corporate that have not been responded to.
