“Please skip Goodwill when donating gently used items. The mission of this establishment should be supported by all!! Today we donated some men's clothing around 11am. The two young gentlemen assisted me without me even asking. Both of them were very thankful for our donations. New Beginnings is a biblically-based discipleship program that provides re-entry services for men and women seeking a better way of life after being released from juvenile hall, jail and prison. New Beginnings' mission is to teach them to be independent, self-supporting, and stable under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, becoming an asset to their family, church, friends, and our community. Our vision is for our county to have the lowest recidivism, crime, and homeless”

“Nice people working. The money you spend goes to a good cause. My wife likes going there to find unique items. Give it a try and help someone out who is trying to start a new and better life!”

“I'm absolutely thrilled to update my review after having a wonderful encounter with the General Manager at another location! It was such a relief to feel heard and understood regarding my concerns for this particular store. And let me tell you, Daron's sense of humor was absolutely delightful! It's clear that Snow Line Hospice genuinely cares about their customers, and I can't wait to come back in the future to enjoy everything they have to offer and support their amazing cause. A big thank you to the staff who listened to my concerns and took all the right steps to address them today! 10-15-24

I’d avoid this store, the staff they have are very unfriendly. David stated he was the manager and that they don’t give discounts to broken or chipped items. When I asked for a manager he stated he was the manger. I placed my purses on the counter and he said are you gonna pay for the purse? Even though it was clear and you could see my suture inside of it. I asked him if he thought I was stealing it and he said you never know! What a gross thing to say to someone who helps you make your wages. This store is extremely overpriced and the worst one run in the snow line Hospice. Avoid it at all cost.”

“I Love shopping at this Goodwill when I come to town.
There is an awesome lady there named Heidi

She is very sweet to me and other customers I have noticed.
I am thinking she must be the manager because she is so kind and friendly to the customers.
I was so touched that she remembered me. Heidi said “oh hi how are I haven’t seen you since Christmas”
Excellent customer service! Please thank her for us!”
