3rd time I've taken a vehicle in for service at Thompson's... always top notch work done. Their recorded video previews of analysis findings is hugely appreciated!
BUT... Men... if you're going to take your car in... clean it out first! My car was full of junk in the back seat, and it was hugely embarrassing to get my car back and have the keys handed over by a young lady who was essentially a super-model. If you don't want the pretty woman to think you live in your car down by the river... clean it out first and save yourself the "Doh!".
And if you're single... shave and wear a nice shirt. ;)

I got my 2024 toyota camry xse awd from this place and Bob was my sales person. I have been to alot of dealerships over the years but the way this place takes care of the customer is A+. They don't hassle you if you say you're just looking every 2 min,they let you look. Bob is a good guy and he is a real down to earth person. I needed some touch up paint for a rock chip I received on the freeway and he paid for it himself to help me out. Usually I only leave reviews if the service was really bad or really good and this was one of those really good ones. Ask for Bob if you need a car you won't be disappointed.

I just purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner at Thompson Toyota. Everyone there was friendly and helpful especially Madison Hodgson. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Toyota from Thompson Toyota and working with Madison.

Worth looking at for car buyers.
I didn't end up getting a car from this dealership because they have a few add ons to the vehicle's price such as the cilajet ceramic, theft registration, and recovr security which total to about $1.7k. There's another $495 charge for locating the vehicle.
Nevertheless, Genaro was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. For that reason, I would still suggest this dealership to car buyers even if we didn't get to make a deal. Just be sure to go through the price details before you agree on anything. If those kind of add ons make sense for you, this dealership is worth trying.

We had a great experience buying a truck with Thompsons Toyota. It was the first time we'd purchased a vehicle from out of state, but Mr. Bill and the rest of the staff made the process very smooth. We really enjoyed receiving personalized videos prior to arriving. We would definitely recommend doing business with Thompson Toyota!

Fantastic experience all around. I highly recommend Madison from the sales department. Working with her was like car shopping with your best friend. She’s patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. She’s low pressure while keeping in mind your needs and best interest. I’m very pleased with the end result. I think she listened well to what our families needs are and put us in the right vehicle with our specific time constraint. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
