We wish we would have gone to this dealership to begin with but we are so fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with them through a repurchase through GM. I have purchased many trucks from these guys and always had a great experience. Johnathon Carr the Sales Rep was very friendly and professional. He sold both my Brother in law and myself two GMC2500HD's at the same time. Jesse Layton the General Manager also is great. Steven Verrone was my Finance guy , also very polite and professional. Highly recommend this dealership. The free soda and popcorn are nice the the bottles of Wine are the best!

Could not be happier! I took my time shopping and met with Jonny Carr several weeks ago. No pressure, walked me thru the options, and gave me all the info I needed. A few weeks later I decided upon a car and the rest of the process was a breeze! Between Jonny in sales, and Aaron Freeman the finance guy this was an easy deal, a fair price, on a great vehicle. Thanks gents! This is the fourth time in twenty years that I've bought at a Thompsons dealership. I'll be back!

Aaron, the finance manager made our transaction quick and seamless. Even though it was a very busy day Brad, the sales manager, made sure to check on us to see if everything was going smoothly. Just purchased a 2024 Sierra 1500 SLT from Nicole. We had the deal worked out before I came into the dealership and I was in and out of there in about two hours. The signing process was super quick with their finance manager Aaron. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from the Thompson's family, the first being a new 4Runner. I'll continue giving Thompson's the first opportunity to earn my business on future purchases.

I have been looking for a black 2019 Mustang GT Premium for a while and other dealerships tried every bait and switch tactic around to push me out of my budget. Ultimately I extended my search well outside my local region to find the car of my dreams. Nicole at Thomson's GMC ( I know I'm breaking some car enthusiast laws by purchasing a Ford from a GMC dealer) was the polar opposite of my prior used car sales experiences and she made the effort of flying into Sacramento and driving out to Placerville well worth it. She was very kind, thoughtful, honest and communicative. She disclosed some scratches that were not visible in the website photos and even arranged to have the paint repaired for me at a very reasonable price. The customer lounge had plenty of comfortable seating for us while we waited on those last minute items on the car to be prepared for a quick test drive. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Nicole and Brad at Thompsons GMC went out of their way to make every part of the experience comfortable and quick. Steve in finance did his best to upsell me (it's part of his job) but was informative, friendly and thorough making all of the paperwork side of things quick, easy and seamless. I can't suggest the fine people at Thompson's enough.
