Stylist: KarryAnn is absolutely wonderful she is professional but friendly and personable. Great haircut and great highlights. She listens and always has great advice and know many techniques, she is definitely educated and knows what she is doing. I send everyone I know or meet to her I know she will do great.

This was the worst place i have ever been to have my hair done.
I went in for a few layers, to up keep my color and trim my bangs. This women literally gave me the worst hair cut of my life.
I have very thin hair due to a medical condition and expressed that was a concern. Her response to this was the thinning sheets, all over my head.
I have literally been crying all night. There is no way to fix my hair to be any deceit way at this point. Everything is wrong. Will never return again. You take a HUGE risk coming in there. Rude and unfriendly staff, stylist was unprofessional: didn’t listen to any hair concerns, didn’t make much polite conversation, just talked about her self and her kids. I paid 160$ to hacked and ignored for 3 hours. Don’t go here. Please. If you like your hair. Never go here

I made an appointment to cut my hair, I have not been in a salon for over 10 years, my hair was to my waist, I was very nervous as I don't get out much due to health issues and also about cutting my hair off! But I was looking forward to being a bit pampered, that's why I picked The Look, good reviews & beautiful salon, however my hairdresser was very rushed and seemed to want to just hurry and be done! I wanted to keep my hair it was over 12 inches long and before I could say anything she threw it away! I told her I wanted it very short and she said start with shoulder length, I was not happy with my experience at all! I was rushed , and treated very abrupt is a good word! And then I was more or less scolded for paying with a credit card! Cash or check is better she said, she gets charged to much in fees! Never going back! I'll stick with great cuts! Cheaper and kinder employees! BTW I left a large tip, even though I had a bad experience!

Ashley is a true professional. She is excellent at her craft and provides great customer service. So flexible! I recommend her to all my friends that travel 30 miles to see her.
