Very much feel that the in-store folks misrepresented a number of key details when we switched to T-Mobile from Verizon. Thankfully the corporate T-Mobile customer service representative was able to straighten things out and get us back to the monthly payment that the in-store T-Mobile representative had said we’d pay.

Sofi was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable on the Business Phone Plan Offerings. I was at the store for 2 hours and she made it feel like 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend her to receive a raise in compensation.
