I needed my wedding ring downsized. I am thrilled with the result. The ring looks better than it did! It was pricey but you get what you pay for. Only downside was how long it took to get the estimate. Definitely recommend.

Super good service, kind, and great customer service! I walked in once to get a ring cleaned and authenticated. The employee cleaned it so beautifully and put my fears to rest. She seemed knowledgeable and reassured me the stones were real. I went back just to get an easy fix, but I was in and out super quick and easy!
