If you want to go in & get yelled at by the clerks while this store is closing, be forewarned. They are all losing their jobs & screaming at the customers is completely out of line no matter what. It seems that this is their only recourse to hurt RiteAid one last time on their way out. RiteAid should send in outside teams during a store closure to ease the pain of these folks losing their jobs, & spare those just trying to take advantage of the deals.

This store is always a mess. The employees are obviously very unhappy, I can't imagine the business treats them well at all. I have seen Rite Aid fire some of the best employees at this store and keep the worst ones employed, almost like Rite Aid doesn't care about their business or customers or employees at all. I have heard they have rats everywhere, and a major plumbing issue. I feel bad for their employees, Rite aid doesn't seem to treat them right.

Arrived at the store at 848 after seeing online their hours are til 10. Once I got to the doors they had a sign up saying they're closing at 9 until further notice. Riddle me this why were the doors locked? After seeing an employee in the store I knocked the door and she came over. I said it's 850, says you close at 9 can I shop. She said no they close early for closing procedures? Asked for corporates info but she refused, basically said she didn't need to give it to me.

The Pharmacist named Andrew was VERY helpful, informative and made me feel like he actually cared about my concerns regarding the Shingles vaccine! I highly recommend him and this store/pharmacy.

I tried to make an appointment for a shot but the site was not working so I walked into the pharmacy and was told no and didn't care the appointment site was down and wasn't interested in helping make an appointment. Told me the walk in shot are 1 to 2 only. I then walked in at 1 on a Saturday and was told only mon. Thru fri for walk in. Went on a Thursday between 1 and 2. And was told in a rude way that "they did not have time for me". Third time was not a charm for me.?

Told me to use walk in between 1 and 2. So that Saturday I went at 1 to get my shot they said only Mon thru Friday. I came back the next Thursday between 1 and 2 and they told me in a very rude way that they did not have time for me.

What a great experience getting my last Covid booster shot. Easy online appointment scheduling, on time appointment. The associates behind the counter were very friendly and told me what to expect. The pharmacist was great! Incredibly warm and welcoming, great sense of humor and honestly I did not feel anything when getting the shot! Super impressed.

I just move up there & love the area, people in every store are very polite & nice. I bought lots of garden stuff at this store, spent thousands of dollars in here until last week when I came back for more, the dude who work there asked to my leave my purse at the font . He said that he don't want people put stuff in their purse & that he had to wrestle them down. . I felt so embarrassed, upset & almost cry. This is so insulting!! I can't believe this person said that to me. FYI: I'm Asian! Wonder if he would said that to different race!!

NEVER go here Went to get a vaccinne with an appointment was ignored and left to wait 20 minutes never got the shot snotty response as I left. The pharmacy needs customer service lessons

The Cashier Michell on register #8 at1:10 pm on 9/21/21 was absolutely rude. She took her time sharing pictures on her phone with a co worker while customers were waiting at the counter for service. The with an attitude she slapped a bag on the counter and to not just me but my mother too to bag our own purchases. If I could give this location less stars I would
