Paint Stores
“I love the store, clean, great friendly helpful staff. They've all been so helpful from choosing paint, getting supplies, helping me choose colors and even educating me!! Thankyou all for your expertise, help, patience, kindness and friendliness.”
“I’ll never buy paint anywhere else again.
I’ve been going to the big store on Placerville Drive since it opened. It has improved a lot since early days. The people are helpful and friendly. The paint department is OK too, and searching through the confusion you can nearly always find what you need. No complaint, but if you need paint matched they’re going to zap the sample, add what the machine says, mix it and send you out the door. It might match real well, or at least well enough. Sometimes it matches hardly at all and it’s an embarrassment
I went to Sherwin Williams because I knew that’s where my painter shopped, which might make it easier for them to match the paint peeling off my porch. The store is amazing. It’s attractive, well-organized and they have everything you might need.
They mixed the color, dabbed it on my sample, dried it and compared. Not quite right. Adjust the color, mix, dab, dry. Still not perfect. They did this repeatedly and were fussier than I would ever have been. I’ve painted the porch in isolated sections where the slightest difference would be highlighted. The color is absolutely indistinguishable. Moreover, they gave me a different type of paint that isn’t going to be peeling off. Besides all that, they're really nice people.”
“Cool people. Only place to really go in town and I’m glad they are cool. I hate going to places that are like the only places that have certain things, but the people there suck.
These people don’t suck. They were awesome. They were quick. Matched my paint code. Got me my clear, primer, adhesive, ect for around $200.
I’ll be a returning customer. Thank you.”
