Zero.Zero customer service. Placed an order for 2 tracks. Waited a week with no order update. I called and emailed over a dozen times. I received 1 email stating they would "look into it". I received no other reply. Had to file a claim with my credit card company to receive a refund. Which still has not come. Their website now shows my order is canceled but no refund. Stay far far away from this place. It's too bad, we have 4 other machines needing tracks but we will be ordering elsewhere.

Similar situation with the other 1 star review. Ordered an item advertised in stock $1500.00, after almost 3 weeks the item never moved, was never shipped, my calls were constantly ignored and not returned. After I filed a dispute with the CC company they sent they wrong item out, I refused delivery. Monster tires is not accepting responsibility for the mistake and has initially refused a full refunund.It's a good thing I keep good records. Will likely be filing a report with the FTC depending on how they handle this from this point forward. My advice to anyone daring to do business with this company is to use your credit card for the purchase so that they CC company can handle the paperwork (evidence)for you. Way less hassle. Also, keep good records. You're gonna need them

It has to be deserving for me to leave a review good or bad. We purchased $2K in tires...never rec'd. F/U several times. Charged our cc. Had to fight for months to get $ returned. They ignored our companies calls/emails. We reported as fraud and finally got $ back through CC company.

These guys know construction equipment tires!! If u need any tires or tracks these guys really get it. All the questions we had about the solid tires we needed for our unit, were 100% answered and some. Knowledge goes along way when buying these products. I didn’t realize there is so many unique details about these rubber compounds that makes such a big difference in the lifecycle of our tires. Thanks a bunch guys! Appreciate all the hard work you guys put in on educating us, and answering all our questions.

I have to say me and my husband highly recommend Monster Tires for anyone needing a set of construction equipment tires. We needed a set of tires on a backhoe we use on our ranch and Sean got our order placed as soon as we called and told him what we needed. The shipping was longer than we expected but Sean did everything he could to get us the best price possible and that is what counts, because that is what we asked for. I can for sure, this a stand-up company that proves true to their word. Well done team, we will use you again when the time comes for tracks on our mini. Thanks!

I ordered rubber tracks from Sean and I am very pleased with the results. I called late on a Sunday night and he answered the phone, since it was a weekend he was unable to place the order right away, but assured me it would be placed first thing Monday morning. On Monday morning at 9:10am I received a call from Sean stating my order was placed and the confirmation email had already been sent. By Friday I had my tracks and our skid steer was back to work. This was such a pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone to order from them if you want fast and friendly service.

We where have a hard time finding tires for our CAT 994K at our quarry out in Utah. Monster Tires helped us through the whole process and found us the correct tire for the job. Many tire dealers said they had the tires but never called back, Shawn got us a price and availability over the phone and within a week the tires where here!

I have had good luck with previous purchase with this guy, this time he took my money and stopped taking my calls, voicemail said closed but I had my friend from Cal. call and low and behold he answered....Supposed to deliver in 3 or 4 days, 2 weeks and nothing, not even a how d'ya do, had to cancel card payment...GOOD LUCK !! THANKS FOR NOTHING SHAWN..

If you are looking for customer service, give Sean and Jesse a call at Monster tires. We just finished purchasing our fourth set of tires from these for our wheel loader. Both guys will demonstrate their technical knowledge, prompt service, and you will not be disappointed. They have never let me down! Call, you wont regret it.

We have about 80 acres of land and run a few units around the property. We initially used Monster tires for a set of over the tire tracks on one of our smaller skids. Since, we have purchased a set of backhoe tires for the 310 along with a new set MAXAMs that are pretty damn durable, beefy and the side wall is impressive. A very well-rounded tire for the money. Thanks again Sean, will reach out again when needed.

Bought a set of brand new solid tires for my 544k and have had no issues, they arrived on time and the customer support has been top notch. Lately it has been very hard finding a heavy equipment tire dealer to even answer the phone but Natalie was very informative, easy to reach and helped me make the best decision for my jobsite. Will definitely be coming back for another set on another machine!

Can't thank Monster Tires enough for getting out a set of tires for our backhoe. We have needed tires for awhile, but after one of our tires blew out, we reached out to a few tire shops. Monster Tires was the only company who actually understood the unit we were talking about, and then recommended a few tires based on the application. Shipping was QUICK. Price was better than Les Schwab and Americas Tire in town. Arrived to the farm on a pallet in 3 days.

We needed a new set of tires for our John Deere 310 we were not sure of the exact tire we needed. We chose Monster Tires because we felt comfortable after talking with one of their reps, Sean. He explained tire ply, tread options, and pricing. After talking with Sean, I knew we were getting the exact tire we needed, a set of MAXAMs. Tires were shipped same day and arrived two days later.
