They are so sweet. I've been coming in litttle by little for boxes and moving stuff. They are always helpful, Roni even remembered me eventhough I'm not a storage customer. Last week when it was super hot she gave me a bottle of cold water and refilled the empty I had in my purse. When I am finally ready to make the move I will for sure come see her if I need a unit.
