Needed smog check. Was accommodated to return home safely as radiator was leaking. Front desk person stopped traffic so we could make a safe and hasty exit. Same person called later on to make sure we got home safely. Scheduled appointment for diagnostic before getting smog check. Very conscientious.

I have been coming here for years and I have always been treated respectfully and fairly. I am not a "car guy" but these guys are always sure to explain the issues in detail, levels of urgency, and full cost breakdowns. I never feel as if I am getting taken for a ride. I cannot say the same thing about Big O Tires of Placerville Drive.

Great interaction and service. Very friendly, and they were able to accommodate scheduling my transmission repair in a timely manner. Pricing was also much lower than other local places I called for the same type of repair. Will be using their services for future needs.

I suspected my Subaru had an exhaust leak and I knew it wasn’t going to be a quick or a cheap repair. Jeremy confirmed the leak within a second of starting it up. They easily could have quoted me over $2,000, and I would have given the go ahead because I didn’t feel like I had any other option.There’s the saying that goes something like: “You gotta have the right tool for the job, or else you’d better be prepared to pay someone that does…”Taking that a step further: “It’s not always about having the right tool, it’s knowing how to use it” that truly separates the pros from the pack.I’m sure they have the right tools and know exactly how to use them, but it wasn’t an expensive speciality tool that only a mechanic would have in this case. It was the experience to know to lookup service bulletins for potential warranty coverage. Lucky for me there is a known problem with exhaust leaks in Subaru’s of my type and year, that Subaru will fix for FREE under warranty.I was easy money, but they just smiled and let me walk out the door. So I left that day, but you could probably guess where I’ll be taking my vehicles for service from now on.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and charged me a hundred and forty dollars, however, They said they couldn't do the repair. I had to go to another shop which Is charged me another hundred and forty dollars for the Inspection and they did the repair. I arrived at the shop and within 5 minutes, my vehicle was headed to a bay for the work I requested. They kept me informed thru out as to what they were doing. They completed the work and informed me of further work that will need to be done. Friendly staff and fair prices.Service: Brakes
