Just called to get 500 pages printed. The lady was unsure when it could get done. Maybe tomorrow, maybe not. Oh well…. Terrible service. Going somewhere else.

If you are looking for a fast, friendly, and reliable printing company then you should head over to Imperial Printing. I've worked with Kelly and his company several times over the last few years and I'd highly recommend his services. He answers all your questions and has valuable input. His company has grown, but his small business vibe hasn't changed a bit. I will definitely continue to go to Imperial Printing in the future and you should too! :)

From the looks of it if you want major printing done or some thing special, hat, shirt or marquee this is you place. If you just want a set of copies just don't... you're better if not having them, buying yourself a laser printer, or ironically going to office max. Apparently their program can't do "specific" printing, considering I can do it at home and school all the time.... and apparently only ONE person knows how to set up the pages like I wanted.... believe me it's not rocket science. "Only because i know I can print it up but any other person here would charge you a set up charge ($35). You have to send it to us exactly how you want it" apparently a print shops job is just to receive your job and just press print anything else is extra?? (Alarming that only ONE person in a Print shop know how to operate simple printing function) (*for the récord i myself use to work at a print shop, and that shop never charged people for the request i made. I know my way around a copier and how to printing big elaborate printing request. So for them to be annoyed when I pointed out that it was printed incorrectly took me back ) So needless to say I felt like request was a favor... Even though she did another set they where still wrong. I just needed the prints ASAP for my class online lecture (yeah coronavirus) Just went out and bought myself a laser printer. That's how bad of a taste they left in my mouth. And obviously wrote this obnoxious review. I really wanted to support local business, especially during this time.

We love the integrity of this business. We were so happy with the stripe that was done on the hood of our very special 1974 Ford Bronco Ranger. Our satisfaction was the priority. It looks amazing.
