This shop did way above and beyond my expectations, not to mention they are really nice people. Took my Lexus there when it got badly scratched in a parking lot and they buffed it out for 1/2 the price of anyone else. Then I returned when I got hit again and they did an amazing job on my mint condition, Lexus IS 300. That looks better than ever! Thanks Roy!

Since this review this shop has tried to slander me to my employer. They claim I harassed them by making one phone call on 1/15 and asking for their BAR number. I finally received it from my fleet company. Their CA Bureau of Auto Repair License number is ARD00253998.
Where do I begin? My fleet vehicle was with them for weeks. They called me toward the end of day to let me know it needed to be picked up. I live over an hour away but I dropped everything to rush out there before they closed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was not repaired correctly. The windshield wiper reservoir was visibly cracked but because it still holds fluid in the bottom they claimed the repair wasn't authorized. The only issue is that you cannot fill it up or fluid will leak out. The alignment wasn't done. They claimed that the damage didn't warrant an alignment. A huge 4 point buck hit my car and you don't think the alignment is off? That's automotive 101. The most annoying thing is the hood latch sensor. They rigged it so it was fine at pick up. But the minute you open the hood the sensor will not recognize that it has been closed again. This results in constant high pitched beeping while driving.
The owner of this establishment accused me of yelling at her because my tone was rightfully frustrated. She claimed to be the middle man. When I asked to speak to the owner she said she is the owner. Then you are not the middle man, you are literally the one saying the repairs are done. They were not! My car had to be taken to the dealership because the Fulmer's refused to help me despite this being their responsibility. I was stranded for hours over an hour away from home because of their ineptitude. And when I asked them for their CA Bureau of Automotive Repair license number they refused to give it to me and demanded I get it from Enterprise fleet. This is illegal in the state of CA. You are required to give you BAR license number when asked.
This place needs to be shut down if they can't adhere to our state laws. Almost $10k repair and they couldn't get it right.
Update; The dealership called and said the alignment needed to be done, the windshield wiper reservoir needs to be replaced and that's 2 hours of labor to remove and replace (could have been done while the car was in pieces) and the hood latch needs to be removed and reinstalled correctly. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else if you can help it. This was an additional $1171 in repairs. Front the original estimate of roughly $7700, to well over $10,000.

Stopped by today for estimate on bumper repair. They took a look and found that it didn't need replacement but just manually popped it back in place. Offered to pay for the service, but they generously thanked us for considering Fulmer's.

This is an awesome local business! I recently took my 2017 Toyota Sienna mini van in after I caused some damage. They were fast and efficient and kept us up to date along the way. They did excellent work and even helped me get a rental car while the work was being done on my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had some damage done to my Toyota Tacoma. I had hit a deer. I tried to get some other body shops to do the work. They were all booked, so I wound up having Fulmer's Auto Body shop do the work. I was really happy with the work that they did. I would recommend them if you need any body work done on your vehicle.

Conscientious and detail oriented. No-nonsense, fair estimates and rock-solid, high-quality work. I've had these guys do elective work as well as insurance claim work. Great job every time. It's hard to find legitimate paint and body shops these days, but Fulmer's has exceeded my expectations all three times I've worked with them.

Roy was phenomenal! Highly recommend this place! This is worth your time even if you're out of the area, well worth the drive for quality and honest service. I had damage to my rear bumper and several places told me that I needed a new bumper. Roy fixed it on the spot in no time and I was on my way! Saved me a lot of money and was very nice to have them take care of me!
