This place flat out sucks. Very over priced for industry standard. The staff is very comfortable and in not helping out the customer and make them feel like they are just dumb. this company is the staple on how company’s in the industry are going down hill. i called around and these guys are close to double in price in the whole 530 area. the company owner must not have any standards on helping your community. out. dont come here if you need help with plumbing, you will gain no knowledge and get overcharged

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable resource for the community! So glad we stopped in here when dealing with a leaky shower. We called a plumber and were quoted over $1000 to repair it - even though they didn't seem to know how to work on it. Ferguson helped us identify the problem part and even though they don't sell it, they found it for us online for $40. This place is honest, has integrity and genuinely wants to help everyone who comes in, unlike the shady plumber we reached out to who only wanted to help if it made them beaucoup bucks. Thanks again Ferguson! This is our go to place from now on!

I just have to say thank you, thank you for being an honest company. I'm sorry I do not have the name of the man that helped us at this location. But he will know our story. We have been through a lot in the last week. We purchased a water heater through Lowes in Folsom all to install it and find out that it did not work. Lowes refused to return the unit even though their return policy is clear. After how horribly we were treated by so many different Lowes employees we were left in a bind. No one had water heaters and we lost our installer because he had other jobs. Two small children were bathed in cold water because Lowes refused the return and refused to exchange the defective water heater. We got lucky that Ferguson happened to have a water heater! When we got there we were informed it was dented. We were automatically offered a discount because of its condition. When we unboxed it later that night unfortunately it was damaged in four other spots as well. Bummed! Overwhelmed! But the man that helped us went above and beyond! He ordered us a new one and even though we have to wait it's just the actual genuine concern from them that really matters! They didn't second guess returning it either like Lowes! So I would hope this reaches someone above to see that in this day and age compassion and integrity still go a long way! And we are very grateful and appreciative to the man that showed us kindness and went above and beyond to help us!

So glad this business was here in Placerville! I needed a replacement faucet, but Home Depot and True Value didn't have the part. The man at the counter was friendly, professional, and led me right to what I needed. Great service!

I'm a retired California General Contractor and used to frequent the Placerville Ferguson location. In those years, I was very impressed with their service. Recently, I again went in and was very well treated as I obtained a bid on items to help me renew my home's HVAC system. One crucial item was on backorder and I was advised to call every few days to check on its arrival.I still haven't been able to talk to anybody at the Placerville store as their IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system is horrible. I call the Placerville number but I'm routed to a central call center that will not route me to the will-call desk in Placerville. From long experience, I have been trained to not trust the logistical say-so of a remote call center agent telling me that "Yes, there is one of those items in stock in Placerville." Since it takes me a half day and $40.00 in fuel just to go to that store, I first want someone to actually go look on the shelf.But, Ferguson Corporate could NOT care less about the inconvenience their communicational wall-of-denial causes their customers. You will not get reliable and efficient "customer service" when you call on the phone.Now, if you are inclined to think I'm an ignorant ranter, I was a Product Manager for Nortel Networks before I became a contractor. The products I managed were Call Center systems and I'm well aware of the issues and complexity of call centers and their IVR front ends. These systems can be implemented well and poorly. It usually depends upon the priorities of whomever is purchasing the equipment and really depends upon whether the call center managers want the system optimized for their customers convenience or for their own convenience. Too often, a system is implemented to raise a barrier against the call volume rather than to more efficiently route callers to the place they want to go. I'm afraid Ferguson has made just such a mistake in their call treatment system.Yes, I am upset but its not the fault of anyone in Placerville.

Was looking for an unusual item and the big box store wasn't going to cut it. The staff at Ferguson was extremely helpful and was able to order what I needed. At a good price to boot and I'll have it tomorrow. They earned my business today.

I prospect around these fellas and fellees all day long! They don't seem to mind seeing a homeless man wander around the creek all day when they are hard at work playing all that pipe! ;) Haha get it?!? Lay pipe... Just kidding anyways could use some help getting trash out of the turnout down here off of pierroz you know! We will you you tomorrow morning brought and early ok guys! Keep up the good work. Oh and when is that homeless shelter supposed to open up? If it doesn't come soon I will be forced to put up a tent so don't be all mad seeing us camping and you all are not! Don't be jealous... Stop to offer something to those who do not have as much as the rest of you may have such as family or even friends. Some people don't have friends you know! Friends and family are the most important things to have in life because they are a good source of support and love! So stop honking and start sharing!!! ?
