Every prescription I've had filled at this location has been late. I run out of medicine and have to practically beg them to get it done. They just don't care. They've made that very clear.

Never fills on time-- even when you call in and they confirm it's getting filled. Multiple occasions I show up at said time and they state they don't have enough in to fill the rx completely. Act like it your problem they don't have enough with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Mind you my dog can't skip his medication dosage or he'll have a seizure. I've waited 30 minutes to an hour for them to count the pills that should've already been counted and bottled by the time I got here. Extremely rude and unprofessional front staff who roll your eyes or deep sigh when talking to you. Avoid.

This CVS has the best customer service in the front of the store with a great girl by the name of Christine. She is always very knowledgeable about the merchandise and it's location in the store. Saves time when shopping and is always friendly and willing to help. I wish more retail outlets would train in customer service.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy from someone named Liz who was very unhelpful and wasted a lot of my time. She was also unhelpful to another customer and I witnessed her raise her voice at him and talk over him and all he was doing was asking for a second prescription to be filled. The manager was nice but they seem short staffed. Also call again to make sure your prescription is ready even if they text you it's ready bc it probably won't be as I had to wait another 20 mins and the man said he had to wait an hour after he received a text stating that his prescription was ready.

The sign up process for a flu vax wasn't too bad except for the fact I signed up for 330 , they texted me my appt was at 1 pm then the following text said click here to confirm and that had my original appt time 330. I scheduled that last night and then got texts today that my appointment was cancelled? So something is wonky in the appt/text system that needs to be fixed. That said, the vaccine clerk Brian was super nice and said yes we can do it today so great. It went quickly and I hardly felt it. Of course in Pville there are customers not masked up in line at the pharmacy but that isn't Brian's fault, that is something management needs to work on. Having worked in retail I know no one wants to be the mask cop because people flip out. Still, with the covid numbers being what they are, I'd be a lot more likely to regularly shop there if people did mask up. They do have self check but it is immediately next to where everyone else checks out so it doesn't really avoid the unmasked. Other than that the store looks pretty good and there is sanitizer near the door.

Not really sure what the issue is with their bathroom not being available. This is the third month in a row that I have come to pick up my prescriptions here and they are "out of service". I am f****** pregnant and need to pee every 20min-1hour. I'll be getting my prescriptions somewhere else that can offer hygienic facilities to there customers. I mean really ppl wtf is wrong with the bathroom? Especially during pandemic. You are vaccinating people at this location but can't keep your god damn bathroom working lmfao this is a joke right?

Went here twice to get a flu shot first time with an appointment there was traffic so we were a few minutes behind. Got there and the lady said they couldn't do it. We drove 30 minutes out of our way. Okay, so we come back today stand in the drop off line for 20 minutes no acknowledgement whatsoever. Multiple customers standing waiting prescription line only thing moving. It's clear they did not want to help us so we left.

I never shop at CVS but I needed a sharps container for needles. Where would I go? The PARMACY of course, what response did I get to my question? They are over there....... with a general point south, Great! Where is that? So I had to ask someone else, she showed me directly where they were begrudgingly. Long story short, this took me a half hour to get the correct answers, with workers who do not know their products & do not care to help the customer. Only ONE YOUNG PHARMACIST KIND & CARING ENOUGH TO HELP ME GET THE CORRECT ANSWERS! But my question is? Why leave all the work to one person? And the rest of the employees are uncaring about the customers. All they know is how to use the register & know nothing about SAYING HELLO, BEING CARING, ASKING THE CUSTOMER FOR HELP & HUMAN KINDNESS. THIS COMES DOWN TO MANAGEMENT!! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS CVS! The young pharmacist will soon be burned out.

I realize we're in the midst of a pandemic, and people who work in this pharmacy appear to be there begrudgingly. They are impatient & offer as little help as possible. If you dare ask for help, you may or may not get it, and if you do it will not be because they WANT to help. One woman, in particular, is extremely short with customers. She clearly needs to be home where she can rest and shake off whatever is making her edgy. Lots of other, friendly & helpful people would love to have her job.

I just had a bad experience at your CVS in Placerville on Missouri flat Road. I felt the Female manager of that store treated me indifferent because of the color of my skin. She know who she is.

Whatever you do, don't use this pharmacy. I'm sure I don't have to tell you, as people talk. I've settled for years with them, since there aren't many other options and I don't want to try to find parking on main street to go to Robinsons. So, I'm switching to Amazon delivery. Reasons being- Everyone who's in the pharmacy seriously hates their lives. Which is why, both two pharmacists and all but one tech up and quit within one week. And the new people hate their lives just as much. These have to be some of the most unfriendly people. I don't know if it's because CVS runs them down and only has one tech working at a time or what. But, you would at least think they'd know how to count pills. They are either shortened or give you an excess amount. One time I got 12 extra pills. What really stinks is when you have to withdraw from your medication because they can't do their job or just choose not to and not send what's needed to your insurance and mess the system up and you have to be off them for a week. I was so sick. I should've changed pharmacies last month, because they're going to do this to me again even after I've called them. Other reasons not to go: there is always an extremely long line. Even an elderly woman had to wait around two hours for a flu shot. The place is always filthy. Good luck calling them. Also this pharmacy in particular doesn't deliver. And finally, the headache you'll receive every time you deal with them.
