“I honestly don’t know where to start. This review is long over due.After a string of bad luck back in November, a car we had just bought after having our prior car totaled— ended up in a head on collision with a deer. Literally we had the car for possibly 3 weeks. I sat on the phone for hours trying to find somewhere to have the car towed to and after about 4-5 different phone calls and being told no, I found hangtown. Misty answered the phone & was so pleasant, kind and without hesitation said, YES, bring it here. Even though they probably had ZERO reason to accept another car because they too, were swamped. I told her my sob story and was almost in tears, because I truly couldn’t believe we were going to be without a car again. The journey that I went on with Misty and Deva over the next 2 months was incredible. The damage was so extensive, that the whole front end needed to be pieced back together essentially. Through the horrible winter storms, part shortages, and just all around patience needed on both ends, we had to laugh through the trauma of this together, because it wasn’t easy lol. I am SO thankful. They did AMAZING work. They stand behind their work. They are amazing to talk to. I think I talked with Misty and Deva just for fun some days because they are genuinely wanting to help and give answers. There were times I would call just wanting an update and being greeted with, “HI Sara!” Is so refreshing when you are going through it and life is just kicking you in the butt. I kept calling myself the problem child, because my car was quite literally any shops worst nightmare lol. And i just felt so bad. But they still made me feel confident and aware they were GOING to get the car fixed and back in our hands asap.You guys made such a tragic and expensive season of our life so simple and much easier to get through. Again, THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart I don’t think there’s enough words to tell you guys how thankful my husband and I are. “I had what I called a "vanity project" done by Frank's Body Shop in Placerville on my car. They did a beautiful job. The bumper and spoiler were chipped from rocks on the road (I guess?) which from a distance wasn't really noticeable. However, I wanted them repainted. Not only did they repaint them to match my car beautifully (yes, repeating myself), but they repaired a small crack between the bumper and spoiler I hadn't even noticed until I took it back to have the work done.I took the car to several shops for quotes and Frank's was the only shop that didn't advise me to either dump the original bumper and/or the spoiler. They listened to what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Plus, why get a new bumper, which means adding the old one to a landfill? Nope. I will definitely go back if I need or want other work done.”

“I had an accident which took off my front bumper. My insurance is contracted with Crash Champions and it was very easy to set up an appointment. Originally they couldn't fit me in for a couple weeks. But my car was driveable and I was going on vacation. So no big deal. But they called and got me in weeks sooner! They called with updates as well as sent text message updates with the progress. Overall it was estimated 3 week turn around. But they got it done in about 2 weeks. Price was higher than I expected. I needed more work done, once they actually got inside. But thankfully insurance covered 90%. And I've heard that parts are expensive right now due to demand and lack. I worked with Ken, and he was very pleasant and informative. It was a pleasure doing business with him. When I picked up my car, it was surprisingly washed and vacuumed too. Thanks for the extra touch!”
