Price switcher that quotes you one thing and tries to charge you more for no extra work to see if you'll notice when he bills you. Only likes to do the easy light work even if its half way through a job. Put over a $1000 in and he didnt even get a new unit working fully. Don't waste your money here. Beware! He’s a huge rip off! He thinks he knows everything and he DOES NOT!! After $900 replacing parts, it still didn’t work. Come to find out the wire to the thermostat was dirty and that was the only problem. When he did replace one of the parts, it took him 15 minutes and he still charged me $300 to install. ?? Especially when the parts were not the problem. He has riped off 5 other friends terribly, so I would highly suggest finding someone who knows what they’re doing and isn’t going to rip you off!! On top of all of this he’s extremely rude! I don’t do rude when you are paying a fortune for nothing!! I hope this helps the people that try to use him for any repairs… I’d rather suffer with broken parts than ever have to call him to fix anything again!!!!

Our slide was coming opening its own, then would not retract.Jeff diagnosed problem found parts gave us a complete estimate to send to our warranty company. It was approved. Jeff completed the work on August 5th submitted final detailed invoice. We arrived home today received our reimbursement check dated 8/10 from Compass.

This business was supposed to winterize our trailer last fall. When we hooked up on water this spring we found that the hot water tank was split open. We were told over and over that the tank was on its way. To date we have not seen the tank and the owner will not respond to our calls and emails. Do Not Do Business with this company. Randy showed up on time as scheduled. His work and explaining what he was doing was great. He also explained to us how to maintain and service our heaters and water heater in our motorhome, which is priceless when you are on the road full time.

My previous motorhome had burned up in the Caldor Wildfire. I acquired a very nice replacement, but there were bewildering wiring problems and the heater did not work. Randy arrived promptly, and used a complicated procedure to isolate the cause of the erratic malfunctions. In about 2 1/4 hours, he found 5 wiring problems in 3 locations in the wiring system. He was energetic, precise, and explained what he was doing in plain language. It was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with him. I will be a more effective troubleshooter because of what he showed me. The price was reasonable, and exactly what he had quoted me. Thank you, Randy. You have made my wife and me very happy in a difficult time.

Not recommended to solve slideout problems. Was I'll prepared to identify problem and fix. Result costing me $370 new motor which did not fix, sent him on his way when he indicated it was now probably something else. He should have researched components prior to arriving. I called controller mfg finding it was a very known issue on coach to install separate ground wire. But due not addressing it immediately now having to install new controller. I am a do it yourselfers but hire experts when I don't want to waste time. Unfortunately I wasted both time and money.

Needed an an emergency repair when our trailer lost an axle hub ( bearings and all) along the freeway. Called Randy not expecting to hear back ( it was Fathers Day). He called me back within an hour, rearranged his schedule and came out the next day and got me back on the road. He is very meticulous in his work and upfront with his pricing. He even took the time to inspect my other wheels to make sure that I was road ready. Thanks Randy, you definitely have my recommendation!
