“I had an accident in my 2021 Bronco sport and the front fender area was mostly… well… gone. Took it to these wonderful people after a friend recommended them. My insurance company was a total nightmare even though we have full coverage and no deductible. They were so communicative with us, worked with my terrible insurance and still got a total front fender rebuild done to PERFECT STANDARDS in just over a week. Rebuild, paint, the whole nine yards. “My car started leaking coolant about a week ago. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Christopher Parker. He was very professional and helped me get my car in a bit early.
I had a Life Time Warranty and heard many horror stories about dealerships attempting to eliminate these by overcharging for services. This was not the case here.
Everything about my experience here was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and I received my car back in a timely manner.

“These guys are great. When i first got a Mercedes I was worried about when it came time to fix things that were out of my league, so it was a major relief to find this spot. I knew right from my initial conversation on the phone with Drew that they were honest, and I was surprised that he said they'd let me know the parts and procedures for fixing the issues myself if I wanted. Most places aren't cool like that. I opted to have them do the work, and it was very reasonably priced.
I feel much safer owning this car now, and its appreciated because I really like it. I feel like its less of a liability and out of my reach to own and repair as someone who isnt wealthy.
I definitely recommend this spot.”
“Received a referral from Ken @ Wootens for a broken flex pipe. They were able to get my car in promptly and fixed the issue (engine light was on, now is all good). Originally quoted around $300, they were able to complete the job for an even $100. I will be taking my car back later this month to get my tow hitch lights hooked up. FINALLY! Someplace I can take my truck and get honest feedback, honest repair service, and excellent communication with the shop mechanics, lead, or Katie at the front end.
The Ford dealerships around here are EXPENSIVE, WORTHLESS, and it takes four months to even get in. TOTALLY unresponmsive to customer needs.
Fords Only is about two weeks out. They took my 2021 F-250 when promised, fixed everything at a fair price, and had it back to me when promised.
Cannot ask for any better than that!!
