“Earlier this Fall my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe spent a few weeks at Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram while they worked with the factory to correct an unusual charging port issue. I can't rave enough about Chris Walker's customer service, communication updates and overall help during this time period. Chris gave me weekly updates, assured me that the car would be repaired and returned to me and most amazingly, offered me a loaner that was mine to use for the extent of the time they had my Jeep. Chris made good on his promise and I received my Jeep back four weeks later. While there are still some issues to resolve, I have the utmost confidence in this dealership and their customer service! Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is and will continue to be my first call!!”
“I came into Frank's Auto body with a pretty unique situation, a 2024 Cybertruck tailgate issue. The owner Rich and his staff helped me out on the spot, no wait time. He's got a lot of experience with all kinds of vehicles. He can spot aluminum metal versus steel metal and the different techniques used to manufacture those metal parts. “Technicians found the problem created by another repair shop. However, one issue I have is that I had the brakes checked just a few days before bringing the car into Toyota. The other shop measured the brake pads at 4.5 out of 10 and indicated that the brakes were not yet ready for replacement. Less than 10 miles later, Toyota measured then at 3 out of 10, recommending replacement. I replaced them, but feel like I was taken advantage of. Makes me wonder if I'll go back to Toyota for any further work.”

“Just purchased a 2001 travel trailer. I wanted to get a full inspection on the axels/breaking system before taking it on any journeys.
The team at Idle Wheels made the process easy. From scheduling the drop off, to assisting the unhook, and doing a full break down on my wheel assembly.
They were rapid in response and offered great turn around time assuring I'd have my trailer back before our scheduled trip next week.
10/10 recommend for anyone needing services on trailers that is looking for honest, responsive and thorough service.

“These folks are an exception to the car dealership scourge. After a week of incredibly frustrating experiences shopping for cars at other automalls, I finally found Thompsons. I absolutely hate the lack of knowledgeable and empowered sales reps at most dealerships. If you have to go talk to your boss for every question I'd rather just talk to them, don't waste my time. Thompsons doesn't do that. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, and if they didn't know, they GOT the person who did, not just act as the go-between. The ONLY criticism I have is they will add on ~$1000 after the sticker price, taxes, and fees for a "optional" security system. Would be better if this was advertised in the sticker price since it isn't actually optional.”

“So I stopped in just to get my battery checked. The manager and the employees went far and beyond to help me. They checked it out and said it was low on charge. But the manager said, "Let's take it inside and but it on their test machine. Low and behold I had a dead cell. Thank god he checked it. I wasn't expecting to buy a battery when I came but glad I did. The manager gave me a discount on it and I didn't even ask for one. Now that's service. I totally recommend O'Reillys in Prospect Plaza. Hey, just tell them Bill recommend them . You won't regret it. And don't be afraid of asking that stupid question. Ask away, they will have an answer or a suggestion. Thanks guys you all were awesome.”
