Today I was FRANTIC As I am a Realtor with a day full of appointments etc and phone went black. It was an older model. Lulu was overly patience and professional and kept me calm as she quickly got me into another phone and on my way. You are Soooooo fortunate to have her. what a GEM!!!!❤️
