I have had excellent service by Comfort King, Jim Silva, for the past 23 years. He put in our heating and air, and it is still running today. When I have an issue, he comes out right away.

Terrible guest service from one of the representatives working in this branch. His tone was rude, he was very short with us and wouldn't let us finish talking or ask questions. I regret not getting his name but he made us not want to go back and we're traveling to Folsom instead.

I have done several DMV registrations at this office and they are always quick and up to date on requirements.

Had to have passport pictures done. Very efficient and fast, I was out in 5 minutes.The longest wait was for the development of the photos.
