Highly recommend this storage facility. The current management, Shawn, is absolutely phenomenal. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. Clean and rodent free as well!

After several years of storage here I can highly recommend this facility. It is clean, dry, easily accessible, and rodent free year round. The manager, Shawn, is a pleasure to know and work with. He is a very helpful person and I always felt safe and confident my belongings were well protected. I also found the other tenants to be friendly, kind and respectful.

AFFORDABLE, SECURE, CLEAN & SAFE - And You Can Believe It. The Managers are kind, smart and alert. It has been such a relief knowing we were in good hands all these years. Keeping the facilities in suburb condition, the units clean and tight.

Shawn is an extremely conscientious manager completely aware of the all of his renters needs and goes beyond the Call of Duty to help. In my case being a single disabled female he personally helped me in my time of need and there is no way he is being compensated for his generosity and compassion he shows each and every renter. I highly recommend this rental facility it is clean free from rodents and a safe place to store your personal Treasures

I rented a storage unit from this facility for approximately a year. Sean, the manager, was helpful and accommodating whenever I called him. The storage facility was always clean. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are in need of such a place.

49er Mini Storage was a home away from home for us.. we were there alot visiting our stuff and always Shawn and Co. were pleasant to talk to , very friendly, Professional and super customer service oriented ! The grounds and units are kept clean - almost like a lil paradise.. their dogs and kitties are adorable as well. I will definitely miss dropping by 49er.. the prices are competitive as well. We will highlyrecommend them to anyone who needs storage space.!!!♡♡☆☆

I have stuff stored at the 49'er Mini-Storage and I am highly impressed with the staff there and the cleanliness of the site. Their rates are very reasonable and it is in a convenient location.
