Incompetent! They call every day to do a refill. When my doctor sends the refill, it never fails these clowns messes it up. On top of that, they will give u the wrong meds or the wrong dose. Just be careful and double-check your meds and dose. You don't want to end up taking the room temperature challenge with these clowns.

The service for me has been great but I have heard a number of people complain after the turnover in staff. Selection is limited to otc items and medicines. They are too small to takeover for the CVS that closed across the street Prices are normal for all of the items. There is normally few sales.

My pharmacy is closing across the street in 3 days. I'd been trying to transfer and fill the prescription with that same chain down the street for 3 to 4 weeks to no avail, and with horrible customer service. This Walgreens filled my prescription in 24 hrs for far less money, a 1/4 of the cost with good rx, for 30 days, and with 5 refills. Only waited in the drive thru about 5 mins to pick it up. A+ in my book! You've got me!!!

I had to switch to this pharmacy due to an insurance issue. I've had nothing but problems here. The employees are always rude. Carolyn is the manager, she seems to not enjoy her job and never has a friendly attitude. I receive a call informing me my prescriptions are ready for pick up and every single time I show up to pick them up they are not ready. They tell me to come back another day or I need to wait 20-30 mins. Having a friendly attitude and a smile goes a really long way. I just wish they could be a little bit kinder at this location.

I went into Walgreens today in the afternoon and I can't believe the weekly ad sale prices were not even put up. What kind of store manager would allow such a thing?? Weekly sale starts on Sunday and when I went in, it was Monday afternoon, why are they so lazy?? This certainly is a horrible way to run a business. I had a coupon to spend $1 or more, I would earn $10 cash rewards. The middle age hispanic cashier kept insisting if I want to apply a $10 discount to my purchase. I told her it doesn't work like that and she kept saying it was. She was so stubborn about it that I just said I didn't want to use anything, just gave her my coupon and paid for my purchase. The cash register did not pick up the deal and I did not get $10 towards my cash reward. Wow, this Walgreen is such a mess. This cashier needs to be trained properly about the cash rewards because she knew nothing about it. She called another associate to help me and looks like something is wrong with the register because the coupon did not go through. He just manually credited $10 to my cash rewards account. What a mess. All I wanted was to make a simple purchase and it became a nightmare. Unfortunately this is the closest Walgreens near me. Walgreens at corporate level needs to supervise this location because it seriously needs supervising.

4 times I have used Walgreens Pharmacy and they have screwed up my scrips everytime. Last time they charged me $135 for my scrips. Wyn Dixe just charged me $15.50 for the same scrips. No more Walgreens,

Been torturing myself at the Walgreen's pharmacy @ 3100 McCart Ave, FW, TX for years. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. The turnover rate is through the roof, they could care less about doing their job, much less providing any customer service, they are so slow in helping customers you swear it is intentional, Rx's not ready when they promised, lost prescriptions, reoccurring monthly prescriptions just randomly don't get filled with no apology or explanation, and I could go on, but you get the picture. Moving across the street to CVS and hopeful they are better. Frankly, I do not know how they could be worse. No one working there looks happy and they way they cycle through there, they must quit or transfer to a different store. Unbelievable way to run a store. I even talk to other customers when I can (since we are standing in line for 30 minutes while their understaffed pharm techs saunter about ignoring everyone on the phone, in the drive thru, or at the counter) to see if they have any of the same issues and I have never met a person that did not loathe this pharmacy! I told them I had enough after the 3rd visit to pick up my monthly (going on 6 yrs) rx's that they failed to get right and that I would be going elsewhere from now on and they just started at me, like they could care less... Why don't you do something about this horrible place? Have you even read your Google reviews?

I’ve been going here for a while and I’ve never had a smooth experience here. Every single time they always have an issue where they would say they had my prescription and then I get there and they don’t have it. I’ll call a week beforehand to make sure my prescription would be refilled and they said it would be. Once I got there… of course… it’s not ready. Never going here again

I'm really sad to say I've been using this Pharmacy for years and I've had great service most the time from them over the years hey. I realize cuz it's been difficult for everyone and I guess that are included in on this too.
I do seem to always have problems getting pain medication from this Pharmacy which is kind of a sad thing. I've been waiting since 10 this morning and I've been told I still need to wait a few more hours even though they have everything they need from the doctor V codes everything Meanwhile my ear is swollen shut with the inner and outer ear infection. And I've been told that it's not their problem and then I just need to hang on. I've been hanging on for days that's not really the answer I want to hear and to hear that I have to wait 5 more hours for a prescription that's not okay. I'm sorry to say that it looks like I'll be having after many years this is a sad thing but I guess with everything changes inevitable
