I have multiple small businesses and drop packages off all over Orange County without issue. I took 6 small packages here today since I was nearby. The lady at this location told me that they’d accept my packages this time, but in the future, I couldn’t go here because their store doesn’t get revenue off my items due to the return address being the city over.
I pay for my customers shipping, so I am upset that I’m paying for a service that won’t allow me to drop off packages at my nearest convenience. USPS is an umbrella company and it shouldn’t matter if that particular store makes money off of it, they are still making money from my business daily.
I don’t normally come here and won’t be going back, but will make sure the other business I have (which I ship a lot from) that does ship from their zip code is changed to my other location so they don’t make any money off of me. I’m very disappointed in their service, which only took them a minute to complete and they had no other customers in the shop either, but still wanted to complain about my business. I do not recommend going here.

On 5/24/24, a guy commits suicide on the 91 freeway, all the roads are blocked. We usually take our packages to the Anaheim Hills PO. However, today, we cannot get over to the other side since all the roads are jammed and/or blocked. We, a small business, asked these people to take it and they said “No, we won’t get the revenue.” Excuse me, what does this even mean you can’t take them? You are under the USPS umbrella. You are Congressionally required to do your jobs. This is what happens when you operate with impunity and cannot get fired from your jobs. I will make sure to write our Congressional representative and also contact the postmaster to let them know this is how the USPS treats small businesses.

I had a great experience at this post office near my work place. I thought there would be a long line being April 15th today. But not at all. The woman who helped me wore a pair of glasses was super nice and pleasant, and very efficient, without an attitude at all. It's very easy to communicate with her. I will come back again for more postal service needs.

The staff did not want to take the packages I was dropping off because the 'From' address had a different zip code than their location. They said it didn't bring them any revenue. Well, didn't know post offices can say that, have never heard it before!

THIEVES work at this location...Do not put checks in the mail at this location. I personally placed 33 business checks / payments to our vendors in the in-door (inside) outgoing mail slot at this facility on 1/5/24. 17 days later, 18 of those checks were stolen and deposited to fraud accounts. Also, staff is beyond lazy. This is by far the worst USPS facility and should be restaffed immediately

I love these smaller post offices, which are sadly disappearing. I've only visited once because it was on my way, but I was impressed. They weren't very busy (although I'm sure it picks up around the holidays). The person who helped me was very nice.The parking lot can be challenging though as it's shared with the rest of the strip mall and is laid out a bit weird. Several of us were jockeying to get out while another group was waiting for our spots. We finally did it, but it took some patience.

the fat old guy is so rude!!! Throwing at the stamps to me and doesn’t even guide me how to do it. The fact that im young and doesn’t speak english that well doesn’t mean he can treats me like that way. He was strict to me all the time and smiling and talkative to other customers at the same time. I miss the other lady who helped me last time. She was so kind. Never gonna come back here
