They need someone working at the 535 S Melrose location to actually be able to work the propane tank refills. They told me they don't have anyone certified to do it, and the ones that are are out in the field. So don't drive there like I did for a waste of time.

Best propane company to deal with in the city of Placentia. Reasonable prices, quick service and friendly staff. Brian was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Never sugn up for auto refill! Came unannounced to refill my tank when not needed. Plus, it is overcharging customers.

Great place to refill my tank. My usual propane refill place no longer sell propane In Buena Park. They only charge what they put not like 76 gas station near by me and this place charges same price no matter how empty my tank is which is ripoff.

Suburban Propane is fantastic. Excellent communication and on-site knowledge. They saved us from Amerigas. Amerigas left us hanging for over a month without a refill and had missed three appointments. We called Suburban Propane and they installed a new tank and filled within four days of contacting them. Suburban Propane is conscientious about their customers' needs and the conduct of their business.

This place is very professional. I am not seeking for a friendly services when it come to refilling propane gas. I seek for honesty and the cost. When I visited this place, I was very satisfied with both. I would definitely recommend this place for any propane services! DO NOT DRIVE INTO THEIR OPEN GATES! Since it's employee entrance, they might yell!

... drove in back and tried to find someone. Found an open door and walked in and found two guys. One guy I'm guessing boss... you're not supposed to be back here and we are at lunch from 1-2... other guy. Super cool Armando... he walked me out and said here is where you pull up at 2 o'clock and if you can't wait... there is a gas station several blocks away. Cool guy. Not sure why the boss was such an ahole but maybe a bad day. Armando well done.

I had two 5 lb propane tanks filled today. Great price with no minimum charge. Everyone working there were all very nice and friendly. Highly recommended for your propane needs!!
