Order online and pick up is free (over $35.00)! The store is clean and well organized with quality meat and produce. Better prices than Ralph's and Albertsons. I used to be a die-hard Albertsons shopper, but, Stater Bros. in Placentia won me over.

Reliable, always clean. This place is for a long time been my go-to grocery store. Staff is absolutely fabulous. The layout of the store makes sense to me and is my preferred layout to be honest. The restrooms in this location are actually nice, clean, and peaceful. They also have a section in the back of clearance items! Also it's never over crowded here they usually have more than enough checkers ready to assist check you out.

I've never considered a review for a supermarket but here it is. First of all this Stater Bros has been my go to since it opened over 25 plus years. I would give it a 5 star for all of their departments except for checkout today. I had finished my shopping and went to a checkout line. I saw line number 4 and proceeded thinking I had gotten into that line. I finished and paid my order and the checker had brought to my attention that I got into the 15 item or less line. I did get in the wrong line and I apologized. I don't mind that she brought that up to me but I did not do this intentionally. She then proceeded to tell me again and that other customers might complain and bring it up to management attention. AGAIN she repeated the 15 line rule and I apologized again. Well, she kept on and at that point I stopped listening and apologized a 3rd time and that I would not do that again. I have never left a market feeling bad or embarrassed as I did for doing something unintentionally. I won't tell you who the she was but let your staff know one time is sufficient to correct this situation.

Always are go too groçery store. Helpful employees, in a well stocked and clean store. Special thanks to the meat department, who's butcher's are very accommodating on special requests.

I love this Stater bros. They always have what I need when I do my weeks worth of grocery shopping, I never leave without something I came for. For example, and the reason for this post: just the other day I was looking for some artichoke jalapeño spinach dip at the beginning of my shopping. There was a lady restocking items in that area and we both looked and couldn't find any. First time that's ever happened! I was sad lol. I'm then in the checkout line towards the end of my shop and the same lady, (I wish I grabbed her name) found me in the checkout line and had found the dip I was looking for! she was restocking on the complete opposite side of where I was in the checkout line. She dropped everything she was doing, probably looked down every isle till she found me at the other side, almost ready to leave! I couldn't believe she went so out of her way for me. It may seem small but it seriously made my day and meant so much to me! Thank you!! (:

I shop at this Stater Brothers on Imperial Highway often. Today was typical. Great service as we purchased meat from the butcher. A short fun conversation at the checkout. There was only one glitch. When I got home I didn’t have my sunglasses and the case. I drove right back. One of the employees had found them in the parking lot. They were at the cashier waiting for me. A special thank you to the friendly people at the store. I will continue to shop with you.
