Outlets didnt work, restroom door doesn’t close, left half ways open, view is a construction site, the ac didn’t work on one room and we had to switch to an entire floor and opposite location of where we were placed, service desk didn’t really help. Tried to call front desk but there phone is a prop. Not connected and buttons missing. Tried to get ice but machines missing and broken, had to go to the 3rd level. What a joke.
Rooms: The pictures don’t describe what is actually in the room. They are mostly stock photos of an idea. Disappointed as this was supposed to be my birthday weekend.

Great location, awesome free breakfast. They also have coffee and tea throughout the day. We'd stay here again! So worth it ?

I was staying in Rm 111 from the 24th until the 26th of May. On the morning of the 26th, I was woken up by the sound of dripping water. My room was being rained on by the room above us through the light fixture and fire system openings in the ceiling. I informed the front desk at around 0145, and my wife and I were moved to Rm 219. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of moving rooms at 0200 in the morning. Instead, I received a higher than expected invoice, and it made it seem as if I had stayed in Rm 219 the entire trip.
Due to the many times I have stayed here without issue, this taught me one thing about the staff and management team. They don't know what to do or how to treat customers when something goes wrong. Disappointing management and customer service to say the least.

Awful experience here. My stay was booked and prepaid by a friend of mine. They took my card for incidentals, ended up charging me for the stay as well (i.e. double dipping). It took about 2 months, close to ten phone calls from the original payor and myself, a credit card transaction dispute (which they responded to by disputing), to get nearly all of the money back for the duplicate charge. Nearly all, but not the full amount - but at that point I'd had enough dealing with this place. Terrible, terrible, would not recommend.

The room I've received was clean.Check in attentive was great. Many options to choose from during breakfast hours (6:30am-9:30am).The only issue I have with this location is that it is built next to a train track. So be prepared to hear the train pass by periodically.

Upon check in I was greeted and checked in by Avriel, she was kind and got me in with ease. She went over in detail about my stay, the hours of breakfast, pool and gym. Exceptional service from her. Thank you!
The place was nice, room was spacious, clean upon arrival. The place is next to a train track, but honestly it was no biggie for me and my family.
Breakfast was awesome! There was a wide array of selections! If you didn't have time to eat, by the desk was a little "breakfast on the go", which was like fruits, bread something small to take with you.
Overall this place was great, it was only 15-20 minutes from Disneyland taking side streets. Would definitely stay here again.

I am a Titanium elite member and typically stay at this hotel due to its close proximity to work. The front desk communication is terrible! As I am checking out on 11 April to close my bill using the corporate credit card the front desk told me the system is down and took my email information including my phone number to call me to close my account on the corporate card. Instead I received no communication from the hotel and the bill was closed on my personal credit card. Very poor communication from the property manager down to the employees!

Overall really a nice a place. Parking can be difficult if they're busy. Rooms are always nice and clean. Close to many popular venues.
Rooms: Comfortable. The fridge and microwave are nicely tucked away. Beds are soft and comfy.
Nearby activities: Close to Honda Center, Angels Stadium and other cool venues.

Trundle Bed? More like Trundle BAD!
If you are counting on the pull out third "bed" advertised in the suites, think again. The "mattress" is no more than a box of wires and springs with a thin cloth cover. ZERO comfort for anyone, ever. 100% unusable for any human over the age of 1.
Don't call this a suite if it's just two beds and a couch with a pull out pain cushion.

This is a great location to explore Orange County and visit UC Irvine and CSU Fullerton. The front desk is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast is good. The parking costs $5/night, but it is secure in location. It is next to a railroad track, but noise was never a problem.
Rooms: Comfortable beds and each room has a good size trundle bed
Noteworthy details: For those who likes tea, they have a free tea bar in the afternoon and evening, complete with organic matcha, jasmin buds, Chai tea and selection of different teas with various spices like turmeric, cinnamon and cloves.

Great everything but would like less attitude from the kitchen lady, not customers' fault if breakfast isn't ready right at 630 (3/23/24).

Best comp hotel breakfast I've had in years. Great coffee. Excellent staff. Comfortable rooms.
Right by the train tracks and they're quite noticeable, only downside. It's a busy line, too.
