I visit this store often and wanted to share how impressed I am with Miguel’s professionalism and customer service. He is head and shoulders above his peers when it comes to running a smooth operation. He is extremely prompt, accurate and highly knowledgeable of products in the painting industry. I always look forward to working with Miguel.

These guys are jokes... I called to ask about a product...15 minutes on hold....I call again and these jokes refuse to answer the call...And I call multiple times and one guy answers and just tells me they don't have it.... THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW IT WAS ME CALLING AND AVODING IT.Just wasting my time... bunch of unprofessional jokers...No wonder me and every other contractor I talk to hates dealing with Sherwin Williams... they have the slowest and worst workers. They don't care about their jobs, go to Dunn Edwards or Home Depot.SW in my experience is has the worst employees ....Its like working with bunch of irresponsible highschool kids.From now on if a homeowner asks to use sherwin williams I will highly recommend against using sherwin williams... Horrible service and horrible prices, horrible product shortage leaves no reason to us Sherwin Williams at all....

I called to ask for a product here because another store said this store was the only one to have this certain item in stock....I call to order it and the boy here tells me they are out... I tell them the only reason I called this store was because the other stores told me you had this in stock...Annoyingly he asks what store and then puts me on hold...15 mins of holding and the line just goes dead...I call them back and they refuse to pick up...I call them repeatedly... Cause now they wasted my time and is playing with me.Finally they pick up and before I even ask anything they say... WE DONT HAVE IT.... They obviously knew who was calling...I yell out..YOU GUYS ARE FKING USELESS... and I hang up. This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Sherwin Williams...I wouldn't be surprised if that was the head manager acting like that.I'm a contractor and I hate using Sherwin Williams with most of the contractors I know, because of this very reason... They are slow, they are careless, and doesn't really seem to care about their jobs...From now on, I will highly recommend all the homeowners to not use Sherwin Williams and to if they want to Use SW, I will convince them otherwise...With the very bad paint shortage at SW, it's actually a great reason not to use SW anyway...

Came here recently to purchase a very specific paint color with a semi-gloss finish for my home. I had the exact color scheme number and figured it would be pretty easy to narrow down what I was looking for. As it turns out, the paint industry has made purchasing options super complicated because there are all different types of coatings that have different benefits. For instance, some lines offer better UV protection to withstand hot temperatures, whereas others can be utilized both for interior and exterior painting. Needless to say, the options can be overwhelming. Thankfully, Jacob assisted me and was patient and knowledgeable enough to explain all of the various nuances to me. Ultimately, I went with a line that was a bit more expensive, but doesn't require primer, which worked out for my particular job since I simply wanted to re-paint an already painted surface. I honestly learned so much from speaking to Jacob and he was gracious enough to even give me some tips on how to complete the painting job myself. Although the paint here is definitely pricier than any paint you'd buy at a home improvement store, I must say the quality of the paint here is far superior and in line with the old adage that you get what you pay for. If you choose to visit this location, definitely ask for Jacob!

Absolute worst. After multiple paint samples, I picked the color I wanted. What I was given, matched absolutely NOTHING. Afraid to open the other gallons purchased.

I ordered by phone and was happy they kept my paint formula from 2018. I needed 15 gallons exterior paint and 5 gallons interior and they had it all in stock. I picked it up the next day without a line. I was glad I didn't have to carry it! This was yesterday and today the front wall looks so much better! Thank you, Sherwin Williams!

Excellent customer service by Alex and Kevin in matching the color of a no longer available paint we ran out of in the middle of a job, and helping us pick the right colors for our bedroom. The paint they recommended, Superpaint (with paint and primer in one) went on smoothly with covered well. The Purdy brush made cutting in fairly easy.

The incredible team at this store always delivers award winning service. As a painting company we work with many brands of paint companies and paint stores. Yet it is rare to find a paint store like this one that consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. Today one of the team members, Miguel, took it upon himself to deliver the material to our project on his way home from work because the delivery route was booked for the time we needed it. The manager Andy has built an excellent culture within this store based around meeting the customers needs. I came in to this store almost 4 years ago and they helped me find the perfect paint for my house! Fast forward to today And they still had my order — I called from a different store and the gentleman that helped me screenshot the formula to my cell! Now that’s what I call service!!!

Amazing customer service during my visit today... I have always just thought that Home Depot is my go-to for everything "home improvement" but my experience with the associate at the store earlier this afternoon changed that. Clean store, knowledgeable and friendly associate, helpful during visit... couldn't have asked for more.New go-to for painting supplies... Thanks for the great service, sir!
